We were surprised to see so many positive reviews and booked based on everyone’s positive experience, and the amenities it offered. This hotel did not disappoint, from the moment we arrived to check out, the staff went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Food: breakfast was incredible! a limited amount of a la carte menu but the kitchen were happy to modify as needed (e.g. add meat to the omelette). We loved having a fresh salad with breakfast and the buffet options were always fresh and delicious, especially the homemade chocolate granola and warm croissants! We ordered a fruit plate every morning and a pastry plate was also brought out (by the 3rd day we asked for a smaller pastry plate, we simply couldn’t finish it all), along with a toast basket. There’s definitely enough food to fuel you for the day ahead. Staff went above and beyond when we asked for a breakfast to take with us for our day trip to Mostar. They packed yoghurt, granola, croissant, fruit, fresh orange juice and a bottled water for us and had it ready for pick up before official breakfast hours. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not open for dinner service, they planned to open on May 1st, however, they offered a car service to their sister properties as an alternative for dinner. Room: we arrived in the middle of a heat wave (25°C) and our room was 28°C with no AC working on the first day, we managed with windows open and the fan on and the room cooled down a bit overnight. This was resolved by the 2nd day, and subsequent days the daytime temperatures were closer to normal (16°C-18°C) and we didn’t need the AC on. We were surprised to find no charging ports for our electronics next to the bedside light considering this is a brand new hotel (opened in 2023), fortunately we brought one adapter and a charging bank. Bathrooms had good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion; and there’s a towel warmer in the bathroom but it wasn’t on during our stay, we turned rhetorical knob on but it didn’t warm up. We stayed in room #8, located on the top floor with the skylights overlooking the water and a window in the bathroom facing west for the most incredible sunsets views. It looks like the rooms are spread across several buildings. We liked the convenience and short walk to the pool, gym, breakfast from the main building. Keep in mind that there’s no elevator access in the main building, it’s 2-3 flights of stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor rooms depending on the entrance. Staff were very willing to help with luggages. Amenities: the gym is located a few steps from the main building and had everything you need for a vacation workout: cable machine, free weights, bench, rowing machine, exercise bike. The pool and hot tub was open for first 3 nights, and closed in the evening the rest of the week. There’s a sauna and both indoor and outdoor showers. An amazing 5 star hotel. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed waitress service around the pool. Breakfast was a very high standard, you could tell it was a Michelin starred chef who cooked it. Beautiful gardens and immaculate throughout. A truly relaxing place to stay, just up from the old town.

Palace Natali is an absolute gem of a hotel. It is so tranquil and serene here, lovely and peaceful. The gardens are absolutely stunning. Honestly this is probably what heaven looks like. The staff are really lovely and accommodating, we made an error on our booking and accidentally booked a family suite even though we were travelling as two couples. They changed our room for no extra cost with no questions asked. Nothing was too much, the staff have gone above and beyond for us. The location is really good and you can be in the Old Town after a short 10 minute walk. The bed is the comfiest bed I have slept in in a long time! And the hotel itself is beautifully finished and immaculate. Really premium finishings and the rooms are really good sizes. Well worth the money, we will definitely be back. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Wow wow wow! Almost perfect! The grounds are amazing and the sevice is perfect. The standard room a bit small, but ok. The pool area is also nice. Too hot in the gym- no fan, and the floor seems not suitable for e.g jumping.

L’hôtel est très récent et présente de belles parties communes. Le service est agréable et le petit-déjeuner excellent. Mais il faut compter au moins 20 minutes pour arriver dans la vieille ville et il est compliqué de remonter sans prendre un taxi. Les suites sont plutôt des studios avec kitchenette et dont proches de la route de Split.

Beautiful hotel with lovely grounds. Staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, good quality food. We booked a room with a sea view and the view from the balcony was stunning, probably one of the best in Dubrovnik I think! A bonus was having a full sized fridge in our room with freezer compar**ent, so we could have some drinks chilling after a long day going up and down stairs around the town.
