Apparently if you book a Marriott hotel through ******* you are not guaranteed your room. We booked a double queen bed and was given a king bed and needed 2 queens. The lovely manger, who has clearly had customer service training, said it was our issue. So warning if you book a Marriott hotel through ******* you may find you don’t have the room you need or maybe not a room at all.
