「とても素敵なホテル、清潔で素敵なスタッフ。私が抱えていた問題は、私たちがアーケードの隣に配置されていたことです。早朝で午後11時まで開いていたので、エアホッケーのテーブルがとてもうるさかったので、部屋の中でアーケードで起こっていることをすべて聞いて、閉まっていることがわかりました。何度か電話をしましたが、何もないと言われました。私たちの門は11時まで開いていたので、彼らはそれについてすることができました。」

「ディビックのこの場所は無敵です。中心部にあります。メインストリートは外出するのにとても便利です。あらゆる種類の食べ物や飲み物があります。旧市街の古代の建物はすべて徒歩圏内です。ビジネスや休暇に最適です。機会があれば来たいです。朝遅く起きてホテルの朝食を食べなかったのは残念です!」

You have a completely remodeled private space on the walk-out level of my home. Many windows looking out to the woods, flowers, and to watch birds and wildlife. Bright and positive space. Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom area with king bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The mini-kitchen includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table and chairs. The desk, looking out at the woods, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. The entire space is completely updated. Private entrance. This is in a quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog. Safe and secure.
Amenities include: 60" HDTV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and many DVDs. I provide shampoo, conditioner, soaps, makeup remover. Hair dryer and curler. I have toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning products, washer and dryer supplies. Bedding, blankets, pillows, and hangers. Ironing board and iron. Board games and books.
Mini-kitchen: Mini fridge, microwave, crockpot, toaster, glasses, plates, bowls, utensils, coffee, a few food items, and snacks. Disposables, too.
Guests will have private access to the lower level of my home only. It has a private entrance around back. Free parking right in front of my home, on my side of the street, facing in the right direction. Go around the block instead of using neighbors' driveways to turn around (Iowa law). Walk up the driveway and down the steps.
You will love the gardens, back yard area and wooded view. It is private and peaceful. Lots of wildlife, birds, and pollinators.
My space would work well for a visiting nurse, an adjunct professor or business person who needs a place a couple evenings a week. Or, if you are just passing through, it is a nice space to relax before taking off on the next leg of your journey.
I would entertain a conversation about long-term stays depending on length. Nightly and cleaning fees are negotiable for long-term stays.
I do not allow pets without prior approval before booking. Please send an inquiry for a discussion and approval. Things to discuss: pets are not to be left attended, barking, damage. This special place is close to everything, with spectacular location on bluff with view of downtown Dubuque and the scenic river. This house which was built in 1869 is one of the oldest homes in Dubuque with close proximity to the historic 4th St. Elevator and walking distance to shopping and main street Dubuque. The Italian villa has a 3rd floor cupola with a fantastic must see view. This is a new listing for the Dubuque area. Looking forward to having you as our guest!

Main floor has a modern kitchen, with a living room with historic mansion like windows and view. The dining room on the main floor has a large 10ft family table with 2 leaf extensions if needed for big family gathering. The 3 bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor with the full bath. The 3rd floor has a cupola as was a common trait of the historic Italian villas.

You will have access to the home via convenient keypad entry. The basement and 5 stall garage will not be accessible as is a separate unit.
