吃中餐地理位置方便，環境寧靜安全，快捷酒店的服務，衞生還不錯，停車免費，簡單方便衞生，周圍購物方便，滿足我的實用需求，比亞特蘭大更安全放心，這些是我看重的都不錯，不開空調剛剛好，開空調太乾燥聲音大

Water heater was evidently some distance away, took forever to get hot. Water faucet leaked constantly. Light over the mirror in bathroom was dim. Left over food on the floor. Bldg. was nice looking, staff was great, complementary coffee and food was very good.

Need to fix side doors for easier access especially with construction going on. Think about those with physical challenges.

check in was quick, and thorough. We have made this our "go to" hotel when we come to Atlanta for business. It is one of the better breakfasts in ahotel

The room had an overpowering odor of chemicals - either a cleaning or deodorizing product the caused my nose to run and my throat to burn. I had brought my own pillows and blanket, and when I got home, they had to be washed because they were infused with that odor. The breakfast was also sub-par, and the lady during checkout seemed to have an attitude with everyone, including me - even though I was polite and did not mention ANY of the complaints above. In fact, her attitude is what prompted this review, even more than the smell and awful breakfast.

A bit old and in need of renovation but a great location and clean. Did have some issues with supplies (toilet paper,milk for coffee, etc) but all was resolved.

Room OK, service terrible. Breakfast was miserable compared to similar hotels. Juice machine broken all 3 days (they could have served juice from bottles but didn't) eggs uneatable, no fruit. When I told the receptionist she said that's it (like it or not) - the manager was busy. Hampton Inn should review its francises to be ut to their standards

We were expecting a 3:00pm check in and was told upon arrival that check in wasn’t until 4:00pm. Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 and they ended having to give us another room because at 4:15pm the room still wasn’t ready.

The staff’s attitude is that they don’t care what you think of their service. They were booked and did not want to hear about your needs. For example, we did not know about the 24hr notice for housekeeping and were in need of fresh towels. The manager’s attitude was basically tough luck and we don’t have any towels right now. Come back later.
