I've held a booking for a month and was really travelling. ONE day before, they so graciously decide to charge my credit card without warning me. Onviously my card was declined, because it has protection against hackers. Instead of picking up the phone and trying to call me or allowing me to pay cash on arrival, they send me an email, give me ONE HOUR to reply, and because I obviously did not see the email until much later, they took the liberty to CANCEL my booking. Luckily, I found a bed in a better and honest place for the same price. Good luck with your dodgy business practices. I pity all the people whose trip you are ruining by cancelling bookings like that.
