Beautiful place, clean. Generally the staff was smiling and friendly. Not so much the bar staff. No smiles there. I thought the eggs cooked for breakfast could have been a little more imaginative than just scrambled, boiled or fried. Generally big food selection, but very bland choices. Why diet coke and not Coke Zero? Coke Zero tastes closer to Coke. Why not stevia to sweeten coffee instead of just chemical low cal sweeteners. The Beach chairs are terribly uncomfortable. One more notch to bring the back up a little would have better.

Reaort was clean and workers were all friendly and there with anything you needed. Food and drinks were amazing and you cant beat the beautiful sunsets every night.

I love Divi Aruba, beautiful beaches, near by shops very convenient, but the food I give a C , do better chefs.

Only complaint is they need to upgrade the restaurants- paparazzi was excellent, Redparrot was pretty good, but The other three ranged from mediocre to pretty bad. The buffet was good for breakfast and lunch but dinner was sketchy.

Friendly and amazing staff , safe, clean, plenty to do, beautiful beach , third time staying at the divi all inclusive

Great vibe, hoping for more ala carte restaurant options & more attentive staff members especially within the pool & beach area, otherwise great stay.

I was disappointed with our stay, there was no activites or entertainment during the day. The staff for the most part was not as friendly or welcoming. If you are travelling with larger group(over 6), the restaurant options to sit together are limited to just two restaurants. The rooms seem wete dated on our side, could use some renovation to make the price we payed worth it. The food options were also very limited, buffet option only for breakfast and lunch but the menu never changed. After 3 days of the same food we were all craving different variety. The food quality itself was also nothing to speak on, very bland and basic. We have been to Aruba previously and stayed at different hotels, we had a much better experience then at Divi.

Divi is an awesome place to stay at. The staff are very kind and helpful. I will share this resort with everyone I know.

My boyfriend and I booked a stay at the DIVI All Inclusive for Christmas. When we arrived, the DIVI said they had no notice of our reservation despite me showing numerous confirmation documentation. Since it was Christmas Eve (Sunday), they said we needed to wait until Wednesday before their reservation department opened again. Or we could pay for 3 more nights until they could ensure we actually booked a room. It was the worst experience I have had in my travel experience. Very disappointed with their customer service. The resort itself was beautiful and clean. The entertainment was disappointing. It consisted of non professional dancers (ages 3-18) from local dance studios almost every night. The food options were great however it was nearly impossible to get reservations at the resort restaurants. They do not allow walk ins and had very limited reservations available despite the restaurants being practically empty. Aruba is a beautiful island but I would not stay at DIVI again based on the experience.
