"Our prepaid reservation for two rooms at the divi links was moved to the divi dutch village because of a mistake they made at divi (not trip.com) to say that we were downgraded is an understatement from the environment to location to staff it was a noticable difference however our stay price still remained the same. My mothers room often had the smell of **** because of the neighboring room and after 3 complaints nothing was done to resolve it. Our room was alright close to the pool. Will not return."

"Room is adequately furnished, but lighting is very poor (especially in the kitchen). Very limited kitchen utensils, cookware and silverware, Had to buy paper towels in hotel store for $5.00 (this should be provided). Reading lamp on couch was missing. One side of bedroom had poor internet access. Room location was very far from elevator. Pool area was well furnished with chairs and upkeep."

"Just got back from the best vacation. The Resort staff is very friendly. From the moment you arrive with the welcoming front desk staff to the very helpful housekeeping staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The beach is amazing. There are staff on the beach to wait on you if you need a drink or maybe some lunch. For a small resort in Aruba they have everything you want or need. I can not wait to return to “Paradise”"
