最高に素晴らしい休暇でした！ どこまでも贅沢で、サービスは他では味わえないものでした。到着すると、ボートで専用の桟橋まで連れて行ってくれました。部屋には新鮮なワカモレとウェルカムドリンクが用意され、3人の子供の名前がそれぞれモノグラムで書かれた枕も用意されていました。このような個人的な心遣いは忘れられません。唯一の不満は蚊ですが、私たちが行った時期のせいで蚊がもっと多かったかもしれません。また行きます。

Unique place to staycation in the East Jakarta. I stay in Deluxe Room. My room equipped with various facilities, like Wi-Fi, mini bar, hairdryer, working desk and many other. The Wi-Fi connection is also fast, and for the tv cable have international channel. Suprisingly you can enjoy YouTube, Netflix, Disney Hotstar. The bed so comfy and nice place to relax cause so quite. In the other side, a hotel location is strategic cause close to LRT Cawang Station, Transjakarta, and other transportation. And the price is so affordable. Feel curious to stay in other Vasaka Hotel in the next trip!

ホテルの状態は大丈夫で、部屋はミニマルなデザインでそれほど大きくありません(しかし十分です)。欠点はチューブバスルームです...私は本当にそれを嫌います。小さすぎて材料(私はそれが樹脂から作られていると思います)何とか私を快適にしないでください。また、シャンプーとコンディショナーディスペンサーはほとんど引用を押す必要があります。スタッフはフレンドリーです。しかし、パンデミック状況に関するSOPはかなり緩いです。チェックインすると、他のゲストがマスクを着用していないデスク(反対側から)に来ます(彼はそれをCHINで使用しました)。私はレセプションが何もしていなかったことに失望し、まだ非常に一般的に起こるかのように彼に仕えました。また、屋外レストランで喫煙とチャット(もちろんマスクなし)をしているゲストを見つけました。結論:ホテルは大丈夫で、戦略的な場所にあり、価格に値する。

Awesome service by Juno hotel and team, staff are nice and polite. Room is clean, room service is really good. Breakfast is timely served and good. Reception, security and all staff are very helpful. Highly recommended.

夜のフロントはあまり役に立ちませんでした。チェックインしたとき、キーカードがエレベーターに乗れず、上に行けませんでした。その後、フロントはマスターカードを使って上の階へ行きました。キーカードが使えない場合、どうやって部屋に入るのかと尋ねたところ、エレベーターのキーカードに問題があるだけで、エレベーターのアクセスには問題ないが、アクセスを更新する必要があると言われました。私たちがドアに着いたとき、カードでドアを開けることができませんでした。新しい部屋のキーカードを受け取るために、再びロビーへ行かなければなりませんでした。その時、フロントスタッフから謝罪はありませんでした。

The room is renovated, comfort, clean and spacious. Special touch in the room while you check in; the praying corner, the barcode for ordering room service, the welcoming arrangement (art towel, fruit, special printed welcoming note with guest picture). Love the view from the room. Food and beverages served in restaurant. The taste is so authentic homey Minang food and Chinese food – all tasty. You may find the various dishes. All Halal food and beverages. Love the bubur sumsum (rice flour porridge served with palm sugar), lontong sayur (rice cake with curry veggie soup). You will get lucky, when this hotel holds a special event, such as inviting the Indonesia Master Chef who live cooks in front of the guest. This hotel also has the masjid for pray, and 2 halls for meeting or special event.

Perfect for a little family getaway! we enjoying a waterpark and just step away from our room Stayed in the Waterpark Family 2-Bedroom for 4. The room was clean and comfy. Toilet and shower are separated, amenities are complete—there's even a hairdryer and fridge! The Boardlego area was great to keep the kids entertained for a while. The only downside is that at night, it’s a bit tricky to find food nearby. Better to eat at the restaurant (though the options are limited), go to PGC Mall, or just order delivery.
