巨大なショッピング モールの上にあり、多くの食料品店や交通機関へのアクセスも良く、ロケーションは最高でした。ビジネス ラウンジは素晴らしく、プライベートな打ち合わせに利用できる会議室もありました。このホテルで唯一問題なのは、ジャカルタのほとんどの 5 つ星ホテルよりも 3 ～ 4 倍も料金が高いことです。

This hotel is next level! Stylish, comfortable, efficient. Yet incredibly warm, hospitable and genuinely welcoming. The suite (3004) was a marvel of design and comfort. Luxurious Le Labo bath products, smart toilet, the most comfortable bedding, overlooking the skyline of Jakarta. You will not want to leave your room. Except you must because what awaits you every morning is the best breakfast in the world! Danang the pastry chef makes the best egg benedict and French toast. You will be spoilt for choice in the dining room. But best of all, it's the staff of the Park Hyatt. They are just wonderful! They could not do enough for us.

This is my first time experience staying at Keraton at The Plaza member of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt Properties.. I’m so thrilled with the hotel typical Javanese Keraton design by Hadi Prana Firm, In accordance with the hotel’s name “Keraton” and finally The Hotel accepted reservation after closed for almost 5 years.. My booking room rate is in 1 King Bed 64 Sqm and all the rooms and Suites included breakfast and access to The Club on level 7 (Included Breakfast - Lunch- Evening Cocktails and Dinner) As a World of Hyatt member, I earned 1.500 Bonus Points from the Hotel Grand Opening Offer If you book the room directly via Hyatt app. I would like to say Thank You for Front Office Manager Mrs. Wijayanti Kusuma because She is the one who gave me early check-in at 10:30 A.M. and late check-out at 16:00 P.M. and she directly took me straight to The Club Level 7 after I’m completed check-in proses at The Lobby. This hotel have 2 type of Lounges : - Lobby Lounge located on 1st floor. You can enjoyed F&B in here such as Croissant, Cake, Tea or Coffee OR - The Club on Level 7. You can wait and enjoy all day refreshment and joined all day F&B when you are waiting for you room’s ready. Special Thanks to Mrs. Wijayanti again because I arrived in this hotel at 09:40 A.M. (Regular hotel check-in time is 15:00 P.M. and Check-out is 12:00 P.M.), But I can enjoy the breakfast even The Front Office said If I joined the breakfast on that day, I can’t join the breakfast session on the next day because you can only choose one.
