Breakers Bed and Breakfast

From booking to check out, this beautiful B & B is lovely. Fabulous location with sea views. Easy walking into town. Mark and Christine are super friendly and helpful, the decor throughout the house is calming and tastefully designed, especially for the age of the property. Everything you need for a few days away is in the room. We had a balcony to enjoy the gorgeous sea views, with table & chairs. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, with a lovely fruit salad too. Would highly recommend and definitely would return! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

If you are looking for a very comfortable place to stay which offers great service, a delicious breakfast, is super clean, quiet, and a great location, look no further. Mark and Christine are the perfect hosts.

Room- Spacious with a big bed and clean ensuite. Private Balcony- Great seaview with awesome sunrise. Breakfast- Quality food and coffee. English breakfast (just the right quantity) served hot within 5 to 8 minutes of ordering. Location- Walking distance from everywhere including train station. Buses nearby. Sea front across the road. Host- Warm, helpful,friendly, attentive, without being overbearing. Things to do- Hop on hop off open top bus over the Seven Sisters. Eat and drink- At the Marine pub. Traditional food done really well 👌

What a beautiful B&B super clean, comfy and really quiet. Our room had everything we needed. Mark and Christine clearly take alot of pride in there work. Really friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was great plenty of options. Mark gave us the names of some lovely places to eat which made a perfect weekend. Will be returning in July

Beautiful first floor room with balcony and sea view . The host was lovely and thoughtful , went out of their way to accommodate , the beach is across the road and there are plenty of places to eat after your delicious breakfast . Will definitely return here .

This review is for last year-- I thought it had been posted and it had not! Our stay at The Breakers for the Rothesay International in 2023 could not have been better. Mark and Christine were so welcoming and helpful, especially during a small personal emergency. The breakfasts were delicious-- carefully made and presented. It was so pleasant to chat with the other guests who were also in town for the tennis! We had a spotless room, directly across the street from the promenade. Overall, a wonderful choice. We would love to return sometime.

Fabulous on the seafront very friendly and helpful owner's Mmm breakfast lovely lots of choice very quiet peaceful big room very cleaner big for 1 person got everything you needed not far from railway st bus station town centre all within 15mins walk 😀

This is an amazing little b n b in Eastbourne. Opposite the pavilion gardens, 5 mins from the beach. 20 min walk to town. We were welcomed with a very friend owner. Nothing too much. First opinion. Very homely. Shown our room which was in the basement with garden view. Absolutely stunning room. Very clean. Very comfy bed. I have copd and heart disease. This has been my first weekend away in 2 years. I was dreading being away from my home, but I needed a break. I'm so glad I picked breakers. I actually got sleep for 2 nights. First time in a very long time. The owners made sure you was OK and had every thing you needed. Loved the little fridge. Was able to keep my drinks cold. Bathroom was beautifully clean. Lovely white fluffy towels. The breakfast....... was perfection. They certainly know how to cook eggs every way shape ot form. Hubby had fry up both mornings which he loved. I had boiled eggs first morning cooked perfect. Even the porridge I had second morning. I would definitely, highly recommend this b n b to anyone. We shall be returning in the new year.

Recommend the triple room. Bath with lots of hot water. Very comfy beds. Quality breakfast ingredients. Good location. Near local shops supermarket chemist and pubs. Just across the road from pebble beach. Buses to start of Beachy Head walk across the road.
