川、パブロセンター、数多くのレストランやバーに近い美しい新しいホテル。ヒルトン名誉会員である私は彼らのプロパティに滞在することを好みます、そしてこれはとても素敵でした。しかし、私は自分の部屋を選ぶことができなかったことに失望しました。私たちは小さなものに終わり、ベッドはクイーンで、真ん中に垂れ下がっていました。全体的に素敵な部屋でした。付属の駐車場は古いですが機能的でした。私たちはレストランに行きましたが、メニューと価格のレビューを読んだ後、他の場所で食事をすることにしました。彼らはピザを専門としており、私たちはそれに対する気分がありませんでした。

Came here with my husband to visit my hometown so I know the area very well. Best location to stay and explore and with all the new changes to downtown. However, even though location is good I will never stay again. I wouldn’t call it a hotel but more motel. It was on the better side though (cute) I would say. Definitely the hotel cost way more than is should. There’s an additional $20 that they say is for wifi/renting bikes/24 hr lobby/yoga mats/indoor and outdoor games/live music/gym/parking/discounts at certain stores of downtown in which they don’t even know of or which ones they are. However, I didn’t use any of that so I pretty much used up $20 ok nothing. If it was part of the hotel price itself then ok I understand but a separate charge for these amenities is ridiculous. When you look at the hotel photos you’ll also find that there aren’t photos of the bathrooms and kind of understandable. Bathroom wasn’t too bad but also not in the best condition (definitely could use remodeling).

We were visiting for a university event but it was also a very busy with the Eau Claire marathon in the city. The hotel stay (1 night Saturday night) was great! We had a King Room with a sofa and there was still plenty of space. The bathroom was also large and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great with plenty of variety and the whole breakfast area was very, very clean. They could use more table seating in the breakfast area particularly for groups. My only complaint is there was no parking available in the lot when we returned to the hotel at 10:30. We ended up parking on the street as we weren't comfortable parking in the handicapped or electric charging spots as the front desk person suggested.

I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn in a long time, and while you would not necessarily call this hotel upscale or high end, it did check all the necessary boxes! Great front desk staff, clean rooms, perfect heating/cooling system in the room, and most important of all: a very comfortable bed with soft linens and great pillows! Bonus: Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse that is located within the hotel is an exceptional restaurant! Would stay here again, in a heartbeat.
