It's a motel 6 so you can't expect much but for the price I expected more. Took 20 mins of driving back and forth to find our room then had to walk up several flights of stairs once we finally found it. All guests need to show ID. They won't let you check in even 10 mins early. And it's the same price or more than other hotels with breakfast and kind staff. BUT the redeeming factors and why I booked an addition night are that it had a full fridge and separate freezer, a stove top, coffee maker, microwave, pots and dishes and the room is big and nice (if you don't look too deep into the corners and details) Smoke alarm is not hooked up and the battery is missing, so that's sketch. Heater didn't work right at all, kitchen only had cold water and no soap to wash dishes. The TV is big, lots of outlets and lights and USB ports. It's a comfortable stay. If you aren't expecting much you'll be pleasantly surprised

I have stayed here several times over the years. Nice quiet location just off I-5 Edmonds exit. The rooms are clean & well supplied. However they do not allow early check-in. Which would have been helpful since after traveling all morning to get here dzn't allow much time to check in at 3pm, get ready for a formal event downtown by 5:30pm.

The staff was AMAZING. The property was clean, well maintained and quite also the price was perfect. Also, while we stayed, there was an absolutely tragic situation with two drugged up deadbeat parents and their poor child. We heard her screaming, pleading for help in the next room, so we ran to the front office and informed the staff, the police were there in moments and the manager of this property stayed with the child the entire time, making sure she was safe and taken care of. The manager here is an absolute legend, although I am sad this situation had to happen, I am so glad someone so courageous and compassionate was there to handle the situation.

I was assisted at the front desk by the new regional manager. He helped me switch to a different room and he was professional but chill, great person to deal with. The rest of the staff was awesome as well, including the housekeeping and groundskeeping staff. Everybody was great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. New management change recently, and I'm pretty sure it will lead to overall improvements in my few 4-star areas. Definitely a good experience for the price.

The floors are filthy. There are lots of old hair, dirt, and odor. Not safe for women and children!

The Heater was not working. There was no extra blanket availability , the supervisor was not available and not accommodating. The worse experienced. We froze and wind up going to the room with only have one bed. I had two rooms I reserved. One of us had to sleep on the floor. Not willing to give us our money bac although we did not use the other room due to non working furnace.

It was ok, not a real kitchen and there was a smell of mold in the room. Little strange activity in parking lot at times. Very quiet for the most part. Reasonable price close to freeway. The staff were very nice. The key would not work at times and that was annoying but not a deal breaker. Overall I give this place a whopping 2 half stars. Come book your room today!

Stayed to take some maritime courses for business. Was adequate for my purpose. Nice staff. Clean and quiet enough.
