Really enjoy the stay

The hotel has an underground parking. Spacious rooms with a nice size balcony, big TV, safe box, fridge, coffee machine with capsules and a desk. The hotel design is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and responsive. We were staying at the Vitalis - the hotel's health branch where no cellular calls allowed on public areas, and no kids as well. We can have meals at either sides of the hotel and the food is fresh, varied and delicious in both dining rooms. The hotel has a swimming pool and a spacious tanning area.

Announce me one day before my vacation that there won’t be pool cause it is in maintenance and it will be in another Herods hotel They agreed for a full refund but now there is no reply and I can’t cancel my order and stuck with a 5 stars hotel with no pool

Great vacation , great food and good service and especially by the public relations managers Rinat Benita that Wes taking care that we will gate what is needed. We took room that include the free drinks and lunch and it was very nice to get it between the track fast and dinner

Very poor condition, we changed the room because of broken shower, cigarettes were all over the terrace, the furnitures are full of stains, the food section is full of dirt (chairs and tables) that’s not even close to be a hotel that asking for 500$ per night. It’s the 7th time we’ve visited this hotel and the last one.

My wife and I spent some time in Eilat and we chose Herods Palace hotel. It was one of the best choices we ever made! Everything was perfect about it, the hotel is magnificent, has amazing rooms, great pools, top restaurants, shops, cafes, gym and a splendid beach right in front of it, at the Red Sea. The cherry on the cake was the staff: absolutely hats off! Super professional, knowledgeable, helpful, definitely walking the extra mile to accommodate everyone, great concierge service and friendly! It was without any questions one of the best resorts we have ever been to! If I say they deserve an A+ it wouldn't do them justice! Maybe A++ at least... Thank you, Herods Palace, for making our stay better than our wildest dreams! If you do go to Eilat, we totally recommend this hotel, you will have an incredible experience, almost surreal!

This is my second time at Herods Eilat it is a great pleasure staying here , very clean and cosy comfortable in the room your greeted with a basket of fruit chocolates and coffee Staff are super helpful ,Shirly the manager was so helpful and welcoming it’s unbelievable , the food and restaurant is top in quality, service and cleanliness a chef in the name name Michael was also great welcoming and served great food
