Nice hotel good service near the lake with very nice view

The wall between rooms is thin, next room people's noice is very loud. The food in hotel's restaurant is bad, breakfast is terrible. Only front desk people are nice, helpful.

Hotel located bit far from the central. nice view, top of hill near the Lago Argentina. Room was clean but looks old. WiFi was extremely slow and at times didn’t work.

This hotel is some way out of the town. Approximately one and a half hours walk but there is a bus service starting at mid day. The positives first. Lovely views of lake, staff mostly attentive but sometimes difficult to make ourselves understood in English. Good food in restaurant for dinner. Not so good for breakfast. The negatives. The “gym” is not a gym. Home style treadmill with no elevation, two bikes, upright not working. A few very light weights. Room was very poor. No soundproof, you could literally hear every word from the room next to ours and certainly knew when they used the bathroom! Beds basic and uncomfortable. One very thin pillow. We had to put cushions under it and still uncomfortable. No hairdryer in our room. No plug for bath. Towels thin and torn. Very basic amenities and no shower gel. No kettle in room. Finally the checkout time is 10am but we were not informed of this. Had a phone call at ten past to ask where we were. They seemed angry with us. There is a very small notice at the reception desk that was not drawn to our attention when we checked in.

Overall the Hotel was nice but when we first checked in the room they assigned to us was facing the dusty parking lot with no view whatsoever except the cars. When asked to be moved to another room, the morning reception person would only give us another room at an addition US $20 per night. The hotel did not appear to be fully booked so we surprised at this request but reluctantly agreed. Upon checking out, the same morning receptionist, she charged us twice for the bottles of water we consumed and in our rush to get the taxi did realize this unit l later. Other than the morning Reception person our stay was good. On the contrary, the evening Reception was much more helpful and pleasant.

The property is very nice. The view is amazing and staff are very friendly and kind.

The views of the Argentina lake are stunning. We had a great time walking around the property. They also provide convenient shuttle to downtown Calafate. If there was anything I would change it would be that the interior and the room itself would get a bit toasty at night. We turned of the heater and that helped but did not solve the issue. We ended up opening the window slightly, but felt bad we were likely wasting energy by doing so.

The staff - especially front desk were AMAZING. So helpful and friendly. Hotel was a little far away from anything, but the shuttle was so easy to access it was not a problem.

A Lovely Hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They will organise and coordinate any excursions and trips. Great Shuttle bus service to and from of town centre.

Adoramos ficar hospedados no Edenia Punta Soberana. Somos muito criteriosos com limpeza e este hotel nos surpreendeu positivamente. A localização é um pouco fora do ideal, mas o Hotel oferece serviço de transfer para o centro de Calafate de forma gratuita. Equipe muito gentil e simpática, prestativos.

Me gusto que este apartada de todo y al mismo tiempo muy accesible para llegar al centro y transportarte.

Hotel possui uma vista privilegiada do lago. Muitos guias disseram que era o hotel com a vista mais bonita. Os quartos são espaçosos e com banheira. Café da manhã variado. Possui restaurante, Spa (equipamentos de ginástica, sauna e massagem). É distante do centro mas possui serviço regular de transfer gratuito. Funcionários gentis. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar nele.

Inmejorable atención de su personal, tanto de logística interior como del restaurante. Habitación amplia cómoda con una vista hermosa al lago argentino del desayuno puedo decir que es muy bueno abundante con una pastelería casera muy rica, además de frutas de estación semillas y jugos, la limpieza óptima+.
