We just returned from a 2-night stay in a ground floor room. The first night the people above us were up until after midnight and it sounded like they were moving furniture. We returned to the room on Saturday after being out most of the day and had to call the front desk to get more toilet paper because it wasn't replenished when housekeeping came in. After calling 4 times someone finally answered and then brought us a roll. The second night the people above us were up again until after midnight and it sounded like a herd of elephants were walking back & forth across the floor. There was also a weird vibration sound in the wall that was so loud! That combined with the people above us meant we had to turn on some white noise through an app on our phone to try to drown out the other noises to get some sleep. We will be coming to Ellensburg regularly to visit our son at Central so if we were to stay at this property again we would ask for a room on the top floor in hopes of a better night's sleep.

Well located property meets all the basic needs for a short stay. Seems a little dated though, and the accommodations could do with a few modern touches or upgrades.

Facilities clean, comfortable, complete. Room layout convenient with lots of counter space. High ceiling, felt spacious. Breakfast significantly above average, well supplied throughout morning with fresh eggs etc. Pleasant staff. We parked around the side for better access to room through side door (accessed by room key).

Room is clean and comfortable. Great food variety, clean eating area. Service at checkin unfriendly.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Parking lot is up well lit up.

Needed a room because of the pass closing and this was available. Will stay again

We unexpectedly stopped in Ellensburg and found this newer looking hotel, decided to try it. Room was extra large, bed was comfortable and the young woman at the front desk made a good dinner recommendation. We had several options within walking distance. We've stayed in Ellensburg at other hotels over the years and this was by far the nicest!

The room had dust on all the furniture and tv. The shower faucet did not work properly and the faucet sink leaks.
