Wonderful Hotel with a very beautiful chris**as decoration. Very good room. It was clean, comfortable and silent. Just disappointed by the new year program. Even not a free glas of sparkling wine on New Year's Eve.

This property was amazing. Clean rooms, beautiful surroundings and spacious place. The view from the room was outstanding. The prices are also not that bad

Hotel staff are nice and hotel is ok, but it’s in need of modernising. Showers are a bit either red hit or freezing. Breakfast good, and pleasant enough location. Gym is useless. Two cross trainers and two rowing machines., which are out of date. No free weights. Noisy cleaners during the day if you are night shift.

**ROOMS NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE** This is an interesting hotel in the middle of a small industrial estate outside Emmeloord. The road noise is very noticeable as the windows are wafer thin in the rooms facing the lake. The Staff are lovely, the access to the hotel is excellent, there are DISABLED toilets, the restaurant is accessible, in fact it would be perfect but for the rooms. Beds are extra high too, shower has a narrow door to enter, not possible to access toilet due to a wall, it's a real shame as the beds are mega large and VERY Comfortable. A little inves**ent and the hotel could be 100% accessible. Food Very nice, bread yummy, coffee yummy, cakes MAMMA MIA, they even cooked a strange concoction of pasta, chicken nuggets without sauce for our niece who is 7. Shame, as it has great potential but for anyone who's able, this is a wonderful hotel. I strongly suggest a visit. Literally 5 min in car from town centre.

Everything was perfect, from an easy check in, to a large and clean room with a patio door to sit outside. The three course meal cost 85 Euro for two and totally worth it. We can use the welcome drink with the dinner. The buffet breakfast was excellent too. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Everything is great about this hotel.

Good hotel, sits on a large Loch gate in countryside . The hotel itself could do with modernising but it is still decent. Very busy, breakfast great, gym is not good, one cross trainer and one running machine. Restaurant expensive I paid €8 for pint of beer 🤨. Still good staff nice rooms good for business.

4,5 so let’s start here, nobody’s perfect +0,5 EV charge : supercharger is good (when working, available and without suv charging badly parked during long time), but having in addition plenty of low power T2 chargers to charge over night at a fair price is better -1 outdated rooms : this hotel needs an urgent modernization apart the flashy lobby. Unpleasant carpets, absent decoration (ugly walls and ceiling), old worn chairs and table, many broken things (like the hot water in shower) unacceptable for such a room rate. -1 : no AC nor proper ventilation, prehistoric TV set, oldest elevator I’ve seen in comparable hotels. -1 not family friendly : absolutely nothing for kids inside or around the hotel. In the rooms you have sink with dual tap, so kids can be in danger with hot water when not used to. Also note that there is no lock to avoid children going out. Outside is a water lake/marina without protections nor barriers. -0,5 smoke : thanks to an other century architecture with concourses rear the rooms you can enjoy the smoke from your neighbor on its terrasse. Time to be 21th century and smoke free. 1 ,5 is a fair evaluation regarding rooms situations and the lake of ventilation , I can’t imagine here with hot temperatures, etc.
