This damn hotel is an embarrassment to all of Ennis. It's run down and gross. They can try to shine up the surface a bit (though they certainly don't make much effort there) but the inside is still gross! We have business associates fly in from all over the world and we advise "Not Treacy's West County"...but it's all that's available and then they all say of their stay "Yeah, it wasn't nice. Is this how all hotels are in Ireland?" NO. Treacy's West County is miserable. It's disgusting and dangerous (very poorly maintained facilities). It's a blight. DO NOT STAY THERE.

Lovely place, staff very friendly, room just been refurbished, we had breakfast both mornings highly recommended, nice bar in the complex which served nice food, couldn’t find anything which was wrong nicely located just outside Ennis, it’s a yes from me

On short notice we found Treacys West County through their website. The price was so good I rang the hotel to check it was real! Our two kids are 12 and 14 which normally means two rooms and hefty prices. We all shared one comfy room, got a great breakfast and relaxed in the bar and foyer when the rain came. There is a little play area and a few video games just off the reception which was enough to keep everyone occupied. The carpet is a little threadbare and the place feels well used but there is nothing wrong with the wonderful welcome, great staff - and good food. We will be back here in a heartbeat

From moment of booking contract with Helena, to the arrival in hotel, it couldn't have gone any smoother. Isobel and Jorja had reception requirements down to a tee. Sean porter was so helpful with queries he received also. Banqueting service in Inisheer Suite was very good with Manager Rob. Manager Aoife played a stormer with the group also. Scott the charming barman was simply the best and went beyond with bar service. Jamie came to the rescue when something went wrong which we are forever grateful for. No problem recommending hotel.

Stayed last week for 4 nights with alfa travel. Everything was very good, food for breakfast and dinner very plentiful and good choices on menu. My room was very clean and bathroom spotless. Was on the 3rd floor. Staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention to Jackie who did our Irish coffee demonstration, she did a great job. Highly recommend this hotel

Just had the worst meal here ….. was in Clarecastle and we decided to stop here for food with my family…. Ordered pizza and chips and the meal was so disappointing …. Neither was cooked right …. 1 girl by herself nobody came back to us until finished …..probably should have known when the place was absolutely empty ….. do not waste your time eating here

Spent 5 days at the hotel. Great reception staff, Jackie, Martin , Aoife to name a few. Breakfast and dinner included in the price. Boru bar needs a little TLC but great atmosphere overall. My only complaint are the showers in the rooms ... Either freezing or scalding, we couldn't control the temperature. We really enjoyed our stay, Thank you Treacys. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Stayed at this hotel because it offered vegan food. Had vegan curry and tufu it was very good. Could do better with the breakfast fried spuds, mushrooms, beans no mushrooms the last morning,vegan sausages would be nice. But overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again
