City Express by Marriott Ensenada

This is my third time staying at this Hotel. The first time was perfect, no issues. The second time the wifi didn’t work, I reported it, but it didn’t get fixed, I figured it was an isolated incident, so I didn’t judge. On my third stay, the wifi wasn’t working again, I reported it again, the reception basically told me, thank you for reporting it, but there was nothing they could do about it. I depend on wifi a lot when I stay in Ensenada, since my electronics are US based, and my international data is limited. I probably won’t stay at this hotel again.

Out bathroom was dirty when we checked in, toilet had not been cleaned properly and it clearly showed that someone had just used it.

I stayed 10/12/23-10/14/23. The Hotel's lobby is basic, the a**osphere is alright. The rooms are semi-clean, specially the bathroom. I found a ball of hair in the shower's wall as well as soap residues. They cleaned the room once but the shower stayed the same with soap residues. Not sure if they utilize any type of cleaners or just water.

Very disappointing visit. I reserved 3 rooms and my daughters and ours very dirty. Furniture with stains and dirty. My daughter I had to ask for them to change rooms due to sheets had glitter, stains and human body hair. Gross and disgusting will never stay here again.

Property is extremely over priced with absolutely no justification. You would expect a hotel at $266/night to have basic safety signs and elevator signs.

The bed was so uncomfortable and small for what we paid. Breakfast was ok room was small for the price .

I basically liked almost everything but the pool, it was designed without having kids in mind (8-9 years old) and that was our main goal to entertain our kids at the pool but it was 4'2" all across!
