******* had nice pictures of this room & hotel, which was nothing like it really was. Reserved for 6 nights, arrived to a smelly room, beds were hairy, dirty, moldy room with no towels, or toilet paper. There were bugs in the bathroom. I went to the office to request items missing and to tell them about the room. They had no housekeeping on site so they could not provide the items needed. We asked for a different room, which was a little better except the toilet had not been cleaned and the tub was moldy. I actually purchased cleaner and cleaned the bathroom myself. The next morning, we checked out and we were charged for the first night (which I agreed) but they also charged $75 because we checked out early. WHAT???? They caused it. I wonder if they do that to all of their guests. I tried to get ******* to help but they would not stand behind their customer and said they would not investigate the hotels "check out" early policy. I was hoping ******* would want to make sure the properties they represent are legit charges and that they don't rip us off. ******* did not stand behind me as their customer and I will no longer use ******* as this tells me how much I mean to them. Note #1: ******* did state they called the hotel and they "negotiated" only one nights charge but I had to pay for the "check out" early policy. Note #2: I had already negotiated with the motel to charge one night but they would not refund the $75. It's the $75 charge I want back!
