It was lovely, clean room, nice breakfast but no intercom to call the reception. I enjoyed my stay. The pool was amazing

A bit disappointed really. My kids were super excited to go to the splash park but it was fully booked. We hadnt been told to book before hand. I had to call every 30 minutes over 3 hours to finally get to go. Once there it was fun. The next day we had to go to a different restaurant as again we didn't book. I asked about breakfast the day before and wasn't told to book. The actual breakfast was nice. The coffee was terrible. The kids really wanted to go to the splash park again. When i called they said we could come if we came in the next 5 minutes (which was fine) but then said we had to pay. I said we hadn't the day before and they said that we couldn't come after all. They definitely had the space for us as they had just said they did but suddenly we werent allowed. Just seemed strange. Whole thing was a bit more stress than you'd hope for on a night away with the kids for a break, especially at a hotel designed for young families!

Exciting experience for the kids. Good service, everyone was friendly & helpful. Nice room & amenities all there for us. We will definitely be going back one day!

Our stay was very pleasant. Unfortunately Zafari Cafe wasnt open during pur visit. No phones in the room even though information said to dial 0 for reception on the room phone.

Great themed rooms, nice quality rooms, very comfortable. The food at the evening buffet and the breakfast buffet needs to be a lot better. The choice is good, but the quality is very poor, lukewarm, low-quality products all around. Not good - the evening buffet was very overpriced. The service in the restaurant was terrible - and it's self-service! No good welcome as we went in, our table was cleared of everything on it - drinks, sides, personal items - whilst we were at the buffet - all we got was a shrugged apology. Hour-long slots are daft at the pool - there was no one in there with us, but we weren't allowed to stay any longer. Officious staff on the pool reception. The overall takeaway was with better service and better quality food - the stay would have been amazing. The hotel itself is so fun in its decor and the attention to detail that has gone into it. But staff need better training. Food needs huge improvement.

Rooms are clean and cozy, me and my children had lovely time at safari hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast and food absolutely delicious!

The most unprofessional, unfriendly, the management was a joke, she couldn’t find my booking for two hours, they were not welcoming, they were trying to refuse my booking, when ******* call them they don’t wanted to reply, ******* call me and talk to her, she doesn’t answered her phone and they were terrible customer service
