ラディソン ブル コチ(Radisson Blu Kochi)

We are freely upgraded to Business class room. Room is super spacious but really old. Not a 5 star but 3-4 star acceptable.

We had 10 days aesthetic programme at Radisson blu kochi,The food and service was excellent, the staff was very cooperative plus i would really thank Mr. Ataur and his team , Akhil, jobin, Harikrishnan nd mithun for their explicit help and support and for being there whenever needed. and thanks to the chef team also for the mouth watering food.

The staff was very nice and friendly they helped us alot during a stay there. An Employee named even helped us arrange a cake for birthday celebration really awesome service and cozy rooms! The breakfast was also good. overall good experience will visit again!

Situated in the city centre. Comfortable rooms. Swimming pool at the top floor was amazing. Room service was prompt and courteous. Good breakfast and dinner spread. Excellent hospitality. Overall - our stay was comfortable and memorable.

First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Had to wait lot of time for checking-in and checking out. The front desk is not ***ned/staffed. Room is neat and clean. AC works sometimes but temperature does not feel like 20 C when you set it. Bed was not in great condition, could literally feel the springs when sitting or sleeping. Called front desk and updated, response never came back. Breakfast spread was good. Thought the window glass was frosted but it was dirt accumulated from so ***y years and never cleaned. Lot of things to be improved. Compared to other Radisson properties, this seems pale.

Very good experience. Friendly staff and especially Neha was really kind and helped me out. If I go back to kochi I will stay here. Rooms were comfortable despite the April heat.

Staff is great from reception to restaurants, as always radisson blue making it great. Easy access to city centre and kochi fort. Rooms super clean and great view. I had a great experience, I came for a wedding and was easy to access to the venues.

Except for a small glitch regarding a delayed check-in to which the Front Desk more than co****sated by upgrading us to a higher catagory room which is highy appreciated. The Restaurant Personnel were absolutely professional and superbly courteous. We enjoyed every meal we had at the Restaurant. Akshay and Sarath from the House Keeping Team were absolutely fantastic 👏 All in All Great Team. Super Property 😌
