The hotel is dated but has in essence all you need. Nevertheless, what you pay is not worth what you get. They still navigate in that ”corona-excuses-cloud” trying to use that for every shortcoming. Lots of discussions with staff about basic no-brainer items. Not worth listing them all here as the overall experience is just annoying. Sheraton in Germany needs to get their act back together fast - that business model is likely not going to fly for long by just hiring interns, juniors and trainees (out of which some do not understand only basic German, English, Spanish, French, Italian) and asking the customer to pay a premium for such poor service. One good thing to point out: the Lounge happy hour that got moved to their Restaurant (as the Lounge is closed - Corona). Getting the building back up to speed, small refurbishment needed, and appointing a minimal level of trained staff would give a different picture.

I stayed here for a month whilst working in Essen. Receptionist friendly helpful and spoke excellent English. I was upgraded to an executive room, which was dated but clean and spacious and included a fridge. I was thankful for the air conditioning as the weather was hot at the time of my stay but would have preferred a sheet instead of the thick quilt. Breakfast was the standard offering but a rip off at €21 - you get a far better and cheaper breakfast at similar hotels. There’s a bar and an evening menu but this wasn’t always open however when it was the barman was great to have a chat with and get some local knowledge. There’s power sockets by the bedsides and WiFi was good. Location is good being just a 5 min walk to the underwhelming and disappointing city centre. It’s also only a 5 min walk to the metro which offers great value and for a fee of €9, gets you anywhere, although this was during a summer promotion. As a resident you get access to a gym across the road. The house keeping was at times quite poor with surfaces not wiped down. Overall a convenient place to stay but in need of modernisation which I think is a possibility in the future.

ホテルは、フィルハーモニーUバーン駅からわずか数分、または主要駅から徒歩わずか15分なので、とても素敵な場所にあります。スタッフはとてもプロフェッショナルで、私を歓迎してくれました。部屋はとても手入れが行き届いていて、価格も手頃な大きさでした。良好な接続速度で優れたWiFiカバレッジ。全体的に、とても素敵なホテルでとても素敵な滞在。

J'avais reservé pour une nuit. À l'arrivée le soir ”Puis je reserver pour la nuit prochaine” - oui pas de probleme, mais je ne peux pas le faire, il faudra que vous le fassiez demain matin ”Vous êtes sûr” - oui, ne vous inquietez pas Le matin il y avait effectivement encore une chambre, mais à 4 fois le prix! (Plus de deux fois si je reservais pour trois nuits). Les chambres sont bien, mais cela m'a mis tres en retard

食べ物を探索するのに最適な場所 - フォーク博物館、ツアールー、市内中心部、そして他の目的地は、公共ホールで簡単にアクセスできます。本物:駐車場、1日14ユーロ、自宅に直接。部屋は良いです、多分それは少し難しいですが、これは年齢の味のためかもしれません。超、超固定、超献身的队伍在接待!

非常にきれいで、部屋は素晴らしく、きちんと整頓されていて、シャワー付きの快適なバスルーム、素敵なスタッフ、ガレージの無料駐車場のための非常に大きなプラス、ショップの近くの場所、朝食は素敵なパン屋で隣で食べることができます

素敵なホテル。レセプション/バーの女性はとてもフレンドリーで、とても一生懸命働いていました。ロビーは居心地の良い椅子とソファで素敵です。部屋はシンプルですが、清潔で本当に静かです。シャワーはまともな水圧でした。朝食はおいしくて、食べ物の種類も豊富でした。

Das Procedere, ausschließlich digital und personallos, ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und eigentlich nicht „mein Ding“, aber dafür bekommt man für wenig Geld ein hübsches Zimmer. Die Suite im 4. Stock war groß, sauber, gut und modern eingerichtet und trotz der Lage mitten im Zentrum sehr ruhig. Lediglich zwei Steckdosen funktionierten nicht und der Wasserabfluß im Waschbecken war beinahe komplett verstopft. Normalerweise würde man das ja an der Rezeption melden, aber die war ja leider nicht vorhanden.
