The hotel is small in the city center only accessible on foot basically. Very well located. You can visit everything and reach all. The staff is very nice and the breakfast is far better than a 3 star would make me predict. The room (for 1) was ok. Very small but with all the amenities even water and a kettle. The only down side were the blinds that let too much light pass and made me awake from 6am onwards.

電車で到着し、駅からタクシーで短い2泊を過ごしました。タクシーは持っていなかった現金しか受け付けませんでした。運転手がクレジットカードで支払いを受けることを期待しました。そこで、受付との最初の出会いは、料金を私たちの部屋に請求し、運転手に通貨を提供することです。受付は、この手配を受け入れないマネージャーに電話しました。ただ、受付のアントニオは、チップと自分のお金の公平さのために5ユーロをくれて、サービスで上回りました。このスタッフのジェスチャーに感動しましたが、経営陣ではありません。私はアントニオにATMマシンを見つけて数分で返済し、彼が貸してくれた金額を倍にしました。もう一つの印象的なスタッフはネルソンで、バーと夕食で絶妙なサービスで私たちを扱いました。彼は値する価値があり、管理を通じて与えられたら受け取らなかったという直接的なヒントを受け取りました。管理職はこれらの出演者をホテルのサービスに積極的に反映する質の高いスタッフとして注目したいかもしれません。朝食には、スタッフは無関心で不熱心でした。ここの高層の部屋は、sp ****装飾と家具で十分に広いです。床は、敷物やタイルのカバーのない灰色のコンクリートで露出しています。快適な大理石のバスルームの壁と対比すると、まだ未完成の建設のようです。適切なAC、ファン、熱機能を備えた良好な環境制御。明るい部屋、大きな窓と窓カバーがあり、強い太陽を遮るオプションがあります。施設にはリクライナー付きの内外の小さなプールがあります。レストランやバーはワイン、カクテル、そしてリーズナブルな評価の食べ物のオプションに適しています。場所はこの小さな町の主要観光名所まで徒歩圏内です。

Que surpresa maravilhosa foi ficar na Casa Morgado Esporão em Évora para o nosso grupo de 15 pessoas. Foi uma experiência fantástica. Os quartos, a sala que serviu para o pequeno almoço, a variedade e qualidade da oferta do pequeno-almoço, tudo foi excecional. E tenho ainda que referir a disponibilidade e simpatia do pessoal especialmente na pessoa do Joni Pisco que foi inexcedível. Muito obrigado em nome de todo o grupo

This Hotel is AMAZING. You get the feeling the people working there really want you to have a great stay. Immediately, I felt really good in the room. It was cosy. The heated floor in the bathroom is really a plus. The cherry on top are the drinks and little chips for free included in the room! We stayed for one night but we are planning to come back.

このホテルが大好き!ポルトガルのカントリーロードツアー中にここに2泊しました。絶好のロケーション-実際には完璧です。シティタウンスクエアから離れていますが、静かなホテルから徒歩わずか10分です。部屋は広としていて、高級ホテルに期待できるすべての設備が整っていました。朝食は素敵で、選択肢と駅がたくさんありました。心拍で再びここに滞在します。私のお気に入りのエボラの一つ!!

First the good. Most of the staff are very nice. The bar and restaurant area are pleasant and so is the pool area. Water pressure in the shower is good. However, this is not up to 4 star standards. The rooms are dated. The doors don't fit properly and there are gaps. It is the first time I have seen a shower curtain over a bath in an hotel in many years. The TV is a very small free standing TV. There is a terrace but it only has one chair. On our second day after housekeeping had been we were faced with stained bath towels, we took them back to the housekeeping room but there was noone there so we swapped them with unstained ones. Certainly not acceptable in any class of hotel. The restaurant is nice and the food is good, but only buffet. Breakfast is extremely noisy because the hotel caters to coach parties and conferences. The breakfast food is nothing great but ok. The pool area is nice but although there is a member of staff in the pool bar area you have to get dry and dressed to go into the hotel to get food and drinks, not really great for a supposed 4 star hotel. The pool also was full of flying ants,/mosquitos on the first day, although there were a few less on the second day.

Not a great start but did get better through the 4 days. Our arrival was frosty, especially madame manager who couldn’t crack a smile for her customers. Next it’s a 4 star hotel that wanted payment for the room upfront. Then they didn’t accept Amex and finally, laundry service was suspended but they could give us the details of do it yourself launderettes in the town. Not a good start to our expensive stay. That said we had a very nice bungalow, well maintained and a nice cool retreat from the blistering summer heat. Great shower pressure, comfortable beds. All the important things for a vacation. The weird process of having to book specific times for breakfast and dinner didn’t make much sense, especially since there were never more than 4 tables occupied for the times we were there. Could be a process still in place from the pandemic. The jewel was the roof pool and solarium. A lovely place to chill after tourism. The staff we engaged with were very nice and helpful. It’s a shame our initial experience was tainted by management and some obscure policies you’d not expect for a hotel with 4 stars.

It is difficult to fault this extremely well thought out hotel. Every detail required as a new family of a 3 month baby girl was catered to. They prepped our room with all the toiletries towels and a cot we needed for baby and set up a shaded area outdoors with abacus and pillows for guests with children which I used daily for baby’s naps. The staff go above and beyond, the facilities are so incredible, the food amazing and the scenery wonderful. For a relaxing getaway whilst pregnant or with small children/babies it really does cater to providing a tranquil, serene atmosphere in which to enjoy your down time. The housekeeping staff are lovely and keep everything spotless and the amenities of the rooms are great. We shall be coming back throughout the year to experience it during different seasons as they have an outdoor fire pit nook we would love to experience in winter. As a previous Octant Douro customer on several occasions we must say well done Octant hotels for creating this beautiful concept in hotel experience.
