the location is fabulous it has a supermarket across the street Ann’s restaurants

It was the worst stay I have had. The hotel is under construction which I was not told when I booked it Pictures of the rooms and hotel were not true to what you receive. The location is in a very bad part of the town. Staff told us that we would have to leave unless my husband removed his guns from the room. Alaska is an open carry state. There is nothing on their website nor posted at the hotel stating that you can not have guns on the property. It is not safe to place them in a vehicle due to homeless people hanging out in the parking all hours. We did not feel safe. And we checked out early after one night. They changed us our entire booked stay of 7 days.

Check out was at 11 but at 10:30 we got a phone call about check out being at 11 and right after the phone call they cut all the water in the room. So we couldn’t wash our hands after going to the bathroom. And when we got to the front desk there was no body there until right at 11.

I always stay here when I have a couple of nights in Fairbanks, the staff here are very helpful, great room with stove and refrigerator, they also have dishes, coffee pot for your use while there. Also, they could replace the old mattresses, and shampoo the rug, this would be very nice, and their reviews will maximize. The staff are always helpful, great place to stay for the price, walking distance to Fred Meyers is just a few minutes. Thanks Joey

Check-in was at 3pm. I arrived around 3:30p and my room wasn't ready until after 4pm. I booked a double queen bed and they tried to give me a room with a single bed because the room I booked wasn't ready. Not one single employee wore a mask.

Pretty mediocre stay. They only clean once every two weeks, which I think is a bit much. The kitchenette was not well stocked. I had to request a box of kitchen stuff, and a coffee maker. There was no soap included, no paper towels, sugar for coffee, wash cloth or dish towel. So basically kind of useless.

Even after confirming that I would be coming in after 1am, when I got there they did not have a room for me resulting in trying to find a room at 2 in the morning and a second taxi charge.

I called the hotel at 9:30am on March 1st and explained the 10 rooms I reserved needed a late check in. Told it was ok. My team showed up and the hotel had cancelled the rooms and have them away.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. they are pet friendly. They let me bring my little poodle to the hotel. they were very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. the location was good.
