「Love the staff and their private beach and restaurant truly amazing experience the only hiccup is that it is miles away from everywhere but if you want a very private and peaceful location this is it and super cheap, the rooms are basic and could do with updating but otherwise it was just divine!」

「We stayed here at the end of our 8 day trip and all I can say was it was beautiful. Taumeasina was very busy (Mothers Day weekend) but that didn't stop the wonderful service we were welcomed with lei's and welcome drinks and escorted to our beautiful room (210) perfectly close but far enough away for some peace and quiet. I travelled with my Mother and 2 sisters and wished we had booked here first and stayed for a little bit longer. We also attended the FIA FIA night and that was such a good show and so fun. The only negative was not being having the best seat for FIA FIA night as we were located closer to the back and I think due yo the weather (rainging) they had set up under the shelter which from where we were seating was hard to see most of the show but from what we did see it was a beautiful show. We hope to be back again soon to enjoy the beautiful resort and its amenities. Fa'afitai lava」

「We stayed in room 108 for two nights which is the honeymoon room at the very end of the beach. The location of the room was nice and private and the room was spacious. Only dvd player in room and no Bluetooth speaker or WiFi. Also 3-4g phone coverage is average. Not much service from reception staff, but the owner gav tries his best. Car rental available from hotel and they can also assist with issuing temporary drivers license. The resort is relatively far away but if you don’t plan on traveling then it’s perfect or traveling nearby. Do recommend taking some snacks and drinks as no shops nearby and the little supermarket is very pricey there is a dance and fire show with buffet every Wednesday which costs but was good and worth the money. We would go back as there are not many other options on the island but would make a few small changes」

「Service was great but the hotel requires huge makeover. Bathrooms & rooms are outdated. It’s good for night stay but won’t recommend for longer stay. Breakfast’s ok but each to its own😀 Positive note, reservation was smooth.」

「3泊しましたが、まあまあでした。サモアや南太平洋のほとんどの国では、同じ水準は期待できないようです。ですから、ここを世界の他の地域のシェラトンと比べると、明らかに物足りないです。部屋は概ね問題ありませんが、カーテンなど細かい部分は改修が必要です。海を見渡せるバルコニーは素晴らしく、スタッフもとても親切でした。立地は良く、街の中心部ですが、犬には注意が必要です。これはホテルのせいではありませんが、散歩しようとすると、飼い主が閉じ込めていない犬がいて、中には凶暴な犬もいます。ヴァイアラビーチへ歩いていると、噛まれました。サモア政府は、飼い主が犬を敷地の外に放し飼いにするのを何とかする必要があります。ホテルの人に噛まれたと伝えると、まるでこれがいつものことのように対応されました。」

「La stanza d'hotel era priva di finestre e dunque molto oscura, per rimediare al caldo samoano c'è un buon condizionatore peccato che non c'era il telecomando per regolarlo. In bagno mancava la carta igienica ed il sapone. Il servizio di check-in e check-out è scadente poiché ti fanno attendere molto in quanto le receptionist (nulla contro di loro, anzi carine e disponibili) devono recarsi al negozio accanto per fare firmare il boss e chiedere il resto. La chiave elettronica scade ogni giorno, e la devono riattivare ogni volta. Tuttavia la posizione non è male e nemmeno il ristorante, d'altronde è il posto più economico dove soggiornare in città. Dunque in fin dei conti è accettabile.」
