Extremely bad experience. Hotel management is very rude and tricked me into getting a room. They showed me pictures of a nicer room and gave me worse. I booked hotel for two nights. I checked out after first night because of unwelcoming and disgusting room. Bed were dirty with blood stains in bedding, there was feces smear on the bathroom wall. AC was making loud noise and not cooling up the room. Room had litter in it and dust on carpet. Bathtub faucet was leaking and bathtub had residual hair in it. Towels had fecal stains on them. After bringing all these to the hotel managements attention, they quasi helped me by providing me different towels, and claiming the room will be cleaned next day. The manager told me to not use bathroom and sleep with the door closed so I don't hear the tap dripping. When I requested for a different room I was denied. After requesting to cancel my reservation, management denied my request. I paid for two nights and only stayed there for one. Highly recommend staying at other places than staying in this hell of a hotel.

Very easy to check in ******* reservation was easy and the clerk was very professional and nice as well as the cleaning staff and other front desk clerks.

It was quiet and had shopping close by but the pool wasn't heated, and had caution tape around what looked like a whirlpool was removed. Also the rooms had paper for room numbers

The room was clean and nice.we had two queen beds one had BIG lump in center hard toin.Bathroom had ants allover floor , tub had a BIG crack in it. Mold around spicket. When we got there pool was closed for cleaning, so we went to have supper, come back 1 1/2 hour's later still closed for cleaning.Got up this morning still closed for cleaning. Breakfast, the juice machine didn't work,had hard fried eggs, not scrambled no bread to toast, one kind of muffin. Had waffle makers and sausage, biscuits no gravy.3 yogurt ,1 of each flavor they show pictures of breakfasts , looks good but just a picture, when we left pool was still closed for cleaning, i just think they didn't went to open it

The pool was out of order. The exterior needs repair. The rooms are barely adequate, even though they were supposedly all remodeled. The food at the breakfast was terrible. The juice machine was broken. The eggs were not edible. The choices were really limited. Would not recommend this place!

It was nice and clean friendly staff but the rooms only had one chair and no dressers for clothes

For the price paid, it was not great. The hotel smells like cigarette smoke covered up with carpet shampoo. They are not family-friendly if you have infants/toddlers as they do not have cribs or a pack n’ play for young children to safely sleep in. Finally, the breakfast includes a few types of sugary cereals, apples/oranges, and muffins. For $30 more you could stay elsewhere and have much nicer and safer accommodations.

Upon check in, there was a lot of refurbishing going on on the 1st floor. Was given a room on 2nd floor, it was clean, new carpet, microwave and fridge, qu beds were very firm, no hair dryer, room was half empty, only a desk chair, no other chair. Overall for one night it was good. or small table
