Avoid like the plague, spent an hour last night stood outside trying to check in, took 5 phone calls because they suddenly don't speak English when you need help, then today I find they billed me twice for the room, phoned them and they didn't care less and said it will take a while to issue a refund, Anjali at ********** rang them and got it processed immediately, most unprofessional hotel I have ever booked and certainly did not justify the expensive rate
