ホテルは霧橋のすぐ近くにあり、部屋は清潔で整然としていて快適です。トイレも清潔です。バルコニーからは景色が見えます。とても美しくて静かです。すべての設備がとてもよく機能しています。フロントの男性（チャンさん）はとても親切で、地図を見せてどこに行くべきかを説明してくれました。荷物を3階の部屋まで運んでくれて、鉄道駅に戻るときには橋を渡って運んでくれました。周囲にはたくさんのレストランやお店があります。私たちはこのホテルに満足しており、鳳凰古城に来たい人にはお勧めします。

部屋は清潔で、素晴らしい川の景色が見えます。寝具はとても快適です。

このホームステイについては特に言うことはありません。しかし、受付係は親切でした。

サービスはとてもフレンドリーで、荷物の運搬も手伝ってくれました。駐車場は無料でした。しかし、部屋の設備は貧弱でした。

ファミリールームを予約しましたが、本当に気に入りませんでした。ベッドの真ん中にバスルームが1つしかないので、「5人用の大学の寮の部屋」と書いた方が良いと思います。 外にある3つのベッドのエアコンが壊れています... 中の2つのベッドのファンも故障していて、時々キーキーという音がしていました... 外には川の景色が広がり、夜になると水が放水されて大きな音が響きます。 サービスは非常に親切ですが、ハードウェアは本当に貧弱です。

Very nice hotel. The location is amazing and the rooms with view to the river are very nice. The staff was impeccable. He didn’t speak English but manage to have nice conversation with us through wechat. Room is clean, bed comfortable and all the amenities are very good. I totally recommend this hotel and village!

It is located just by the river. The hotel is lovely and clean. I was offered for a room upgrade with minimal payment and I got a room facing the beautiful river. The location is within the ancient town, but not at the bustling area, which makes it perfect because I can have quiet and tranquil atmosphere without so many tourists.

Near to the folklore theater, fog bridge. Very helpful and give all the information we need. Clean and cozy room.

We booked the Suite room (5 persons) located on the 3rd floor and we loved it. The location is quite a walk from the center and this was what we love about it. The only concern is that there is a little noise from construction works in the morning. Other than that, all are great.

Reception counter very helpful. Rooms are very clean with all amenities provided. Many eateries short walk away. A pleasant place to stay with thier price.

Nice room and clean. There was a huge TV and the AC worked perfectly. The best part of the hotel are their hosts. Super friendly and helpful. The hotels along the river are not easy to find even if you have an accurate maps app, especially if you don't speak Chinese, like us. Fortunately, the taxi driver who drove us from the train station, called the hotel before arriving, so the hotel host went to pick us up at the drop off point and helped us with the luggage. Hosts didn't speak Spanish nor English (the languages we can speak) but they helped us a lot with indications and tips using translators in our phones. They were extremely patient and nice. One of our best hotel experiences in China.
