Hotel Fes Inn & Spa

As a family we had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and kind with us all the time. The suites were big, clean and also very comfortable to sleep. The spa was amazing, the food at the restaurant was very tasty and traditional, the swimming pool was open and we enjoyed it a lot. Ibrahim the receptionist was very nice with us, thank you so much🙏

Never forget items of any value in this hotel. If you call the next day to ask if they want to send it to you, they just say they haven't found it. While my son indicated exactly where it was in the room and I saw it. But unfortunately it was assumed that he would take it himself. The cleaner could probably use it himself

My Wife and I visited Fes and stayed at the hotel. The hotel location is set outside the old town but very easily accessible by cheap taxi rides to the old town. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and has a great pool. Moreover the staff were incredibly polite and professional especially Ibrahim who arranged our tour guide and assisted us daily with our questions. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Fes.

Enjoyed the stay. Very pleasant location. Nice staff. Very beautiful and clean hotel. Enjoyed the views from the room as well as from the top floor swimming pool area. Well maintained property. Would love to stay here again for the same great experience we had.

I loved this hotel! Pros: Beautiful decor Amazing air con Friendliest staff who arrange everything you need Varied breakfast with omelettes made to order Pool is so nice. Don't understand the negative comments about the location - yes it's across the road but you have food and drinks available, plus a block with toilets, changing rooms, lockers and showers Away from the confusion of the medina Cons (all very minor): Can hear other (noisy) guests but that is the same with most hotels WiFi dodgy in some areas (my room it kept cutting out, gym it didn't work but it was fine everywhere else including pool) Don't book it for the gym! It is a couple of broken machines - take some resistance bands and do some workouts in your room instead. I loved this hotel, it was amazing value for money and I have been recommending it to everyone. I had a great time there.

Although it is not so close to Fes center, it is a very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms, Good food (breakfast & dinner), Helping team for any question or needs. I visited the hotel last week (Nov 16-17 2021) for 2 nights) with a group (23 people. I'm tour leader) and had no complains from anyone. (Rarely with Israeli groups).

Hôtel sympa grands lits grandes chambres clim piscine en face de l’hôtel il est situé loin de la médina de Fès dans un quartier où il n y a rien à voir ou alors prenez un taxi et aller dans le Fés moderne un peu plus haut restaurant pas très marocain plutôt pour clientèle européenne.. personnel sympathique nous avons pris un guide pour aller à la médina … si vous connaissez déjà les médinas du Maroc vous pouvez y aller seuls prenez un taxi

Hôtel correct, belle chambre et salle de bain spacieuse et propre. Frigidaire et assez grande. Piscine de l'autre côté de la rue, serviettes à disposition pour la piscine. Accueil sympathique. Par contre, petit déjeuner décevant , quartier moche et éloigné du centre et dîner très très moyen. Il vaut mieux manger ailleurs.

Обстановка хорошая, номера просторные, душевая кабина очень узкая, умывальник почти без света, вход в номер без света все очень экономно, кондиционер для мебели, потому что дует на кровать и спать невозможно, воду не дают, чайника нет, кулера нет, завтрак очень скромный и подают не торопясь, одним словом троечка. Есть бассейн, лежаки и полотенца дают. Ключ один на номер, что не удобно при заселении больше одного
