My husband and I stayed at the Nefis City Otel for 4 weeks and it was the best decision we could have made. The location is central to transport, shops, restaurants, the old town, the bay, the large Tuesday market, the rock tombs and castle. We got to know the reception and breakfast/room servicing staff quite well. Sercan gave us some very useful local information at the beginning of our stay and Sercan, Halil, Ramazan and Mert (Reception staff) accommodated all of our requests (a laundry drying rack, extra pillows, extra hangers, investigating when other guests were smoking in their room and it came through to our room (it's a non-smoking indoors hotel), repairing the toilet roll holder and shower attachment). There was a safety deposit box in the room (very convenient) with a refundable deposit required for the key. There was a small fridge with icebox in the room, soap dispensers by the sink and in the shower cubicle. The bedside lights provided a comfortable environment to relax in during the evening. The television had multiple Turkish and German channels, a couple of English channels and a French and an Arabic channel. There was air conditioning and we booked a room with an enclosed balcony for extra space and drying laundry. Lena and Fatma worked extremely hard to provide a varied Turkish breakfast (the scrambled eggs were delicious!). Non-pork sausages, breaded chicken bites, cheese pastry straws, cooked courgette and aubergine, chips, boiled eggs, tomato, cucumber, white cheese, cheese slices, olives, melon, satsumas, bread, jam, chocolate spread, Turkish tea, herbal teas, instant coffee, hot chocolate, milk, water (all fruit and vegetables were extremely fresh and flavoursome). The breakfast room is at the top of the hotel with panoramic views of the mountains, tombs and castle. There is no elevator, only stairs. Rooms are on the ground floor and first floor. Lena and Fatma also worked extremely hard to service/clean rooms and public areas each day. Occasionally, we did not require a room clean, but were always able to acquire toilet rolls or anything we needed. One evening, there was a massive storm and although some rain leaked through into the breakfast room, Halil and Ramazan did their best to attend to this and came to check that we were OK as they could see that we were trying to close a balcony door in the hall outside our room. We wish to say a huge thank you to all staff for making us feel so welcome and comfortable. We were extremely sad to leave and hope to return in the very near future.

I stayed at Kilim Hotel for 8 days in January. The hotel exceeded my expectations as a budget priced hotel. The location is great just a block back from the beautiful waterfront promenade in Fethiye and a short walk to busses to visit surrounding areas. The breakfast buffet is generous and fresh Mediterranean food and also cereal and bread and spreads are available. My hotel room was spacious and I loved the little balcony to dry clothes and get some fresh air. The pool area is beautiful and would love to come back in warmer weather for a swim. The wifi signal is very strong and allowed me to conduct work zoom calls with no drop out. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggested activities to do and also what busses to catch. My towel rail in the bathroom came loose and I mentioned it to the receptionist and it was fixed immediately which really impressed me. I'll be back.

So, I stayed for one night at Ten Apart Hotel. I was in the area visiting some attractions and thought I would stay overnight for ease of access to my next attraction. The welcome at the hotel was very friendly. The introductions from the staff were personal and warm. It’s very clear from the outset that the hotel is run by a family and not a multi-national company. Really has that personal touch. The room I had was at the top of the hotel. It was very spacious and the facilities (Fridge, Shower Area, Furniture) were grand. The water pressure on the shower was a little low but, not low enough to make the stay a poor one. I did have a little issue during my stay but it was sorted very quickly by staff and then a very warm apology when checking out. The hotel is very close (10 Min Walk) to the beach front where you will find numerous restaurant’s and bars, as well as shops and ice cream stands. I didn’t get to use the pool area but, it was extremely clean and tidy. Happy to recommend the hotel.

Trip.comで初めて宿泊したCloud9 Roomsホテルでは、一泊ではありましたが、とても快適な夜を過ごすことができました。私たちを出迎えてくれた女性のフレンドリーで行き届いた歓迎の後、私たちはきれいな海の見える部屋でとても静かな夜を過ごしました。特に海辺のロケーションは、できるだけ早くこのホテルでの休暇をもう一度計画することを私たちに納得させるのに十分でした 👍 Cloud9Rooms に感謝します ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ホテルは旧市街にあり、大きな荷物をドラッグすることをお勧めします。T1から、スーダンのアハメド広場まで徒歩10分です。その間の道は言葉では言い難いです。とにかく、手は壊れています。朝食はOKです。サービスは悪くありません。洗面台のデザインは少し反人間です。

5/5 experience from the service, location, food, etc. Overall amazing venue that I would refer my friends and family to. When I return to Fethiye, I will stay here again. The staff was friendly and provided great recommendations. They provided us with sandwiches in the morning when we had to leave early and miss breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was breathtaking as it was the biggest and best Turkish breakfast I’ve had. The restaurant for dinner was also great as we ate there 2/3 of the nights we were in town. The Room was clean spacious and comfortable. Overall a great stay

It was an impressive staycation. I enjoyed to sit on the front of the restaurant and see the the sun sets. The room and towels are very clean. The location is perfect for having vacation. Most importantly, the people here are super nice, especially the receptionist, a uncle who is really helpful, although he cannot speak English, but he tried his best to use translation app and fulfil our need, once we need help, he always give a helping hand. He is really caring, I sincerely thank for his service and kindness. The waiters in the restaurant are nice as well. The people here had became the precious memories of my journey. If I have second change to come here, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.

ホテルは大丈夫です、素敵な場所にあります、ただ掃除はそれほど素晴らしいものではありません、シャワー用のお湯は少し暖かくすることができます、Wi-Fiはレセプションでもどこでも機能しません! チェックインは午後2時です。大丈夫ですが、部屋の準備ができていて、ゲストが午後2時前に到着しても、彼らは私たちを抱きしめ、2時前に部屋に行かせません! 朝食は素晴らしかったです。午前10時30分までと言って、ある日午前10時20分に行ったのですが、物事の半分以上がなくなり、提供されたことのない飲み物(お茶)も頼みました! その日はゲスト用の飲み物はありませんでした! 私は考えがたくさん欠けていると思います、建設は古いですが、彼らがもう少し気にかけているなら本当に素晴らしいです、いくつかの改修が必要ですが、それでも大丈夫です、クリーナーはとても素敵でフレンドリーでした、しかし、少しきれいにする必要があります。シャワーに行ったときはいつも、シャワーボックスの下の水がすべてのバスルームに好きで、翌日掃除に行くまで水はそこにとどまりました! そして私の小さな冷蔵庫もオンでしたが、まったく機能しませんでした!

The hotel is very beautiful and clean!Meet my basic requirements for the hotel.The most important thing is that it is very quiet and hidden. I successfully completed my writing task here, and everyone in the staff here is smiling and warm. I dare say this is a treatment I have never had in an all-inclusive hotel.Because it was not the peak travel season at the time, I was directly upgraded by the boss and told me to choose any room. I also wanted to express my gratitude. I originally wanted the hotel to help book a car to the hotel, but I was advised by the hotel staff that it is more convenient to take a bus and the price is lower.I was taken to the bus station by the hotel staff in my own car. During the period, I was worried that I got on the wrong bus and turned back again to check. Thank you so much! This hotel made me fall in love with the people of Turkey! Basically, I don't write much reviews, but I hope everyone can have a perfect accommodation experience and be treated well in Turkey like me👍🏻
