Very disappointed as we booked a spa hotel and didn't realise we had to pay extra to use the facilities.

Wonderful hotel. Love the rooms by the pond, so beautiful. Recommended

Spa & swimming pool is very great, nice service and convenient carpark although need daily low rate of charge

Staff were really friendly, rooms were lovely, spa good too, unexpected snow yesterday but fair play to the staff for making sure we could get in and out by foot and cars 10-10👏 will defiantly will be visiting again 👍

When I ended up paying £330 for a nights accommodation my expectation was set high, I got to the room - liked the idea of not having bottles for water and milk but when the amenities on floor 3 were not working I couldn’t have a coffee in the morning, breakfast I had to go in my gym kit or not at all as it was all booked out and paid £10 for the gym and spa not to be given a locker walking round with everything pool side looking rather foolish

Slept really well, room was a good temperature, love that there is fresh milk in the hall way, that the bin had a separate part for recycling. Staff are lovely, the only thing is that I think for the price the spa should be included and not an additional price. £150 for a night with no breakfast or spa included is a lot.

Loved the milk and water machines available to fill your own. Good size pool but very annoying that you have to pay extra to use it! I’ve never experienced this in a hotel before and was the main reason we booked it. Plus they added £10 extra to the advertised price as prices had apparently just increased!! Then when we got to the pool (which has a 3 hour window for children to use in evening) we were told they were at capacity and we had to wait around 15-20 minutes. It looked like there was plenty of room but we were told x31 was the limit. If that’s the case I think a booking system needs to be implemented…there were quite a few people waiting to access. Good breakfast

Queues for checking in and out were ridiculous. Otherwise good room and food. Very nice pooland spa.

Despite the winter season, the hotel appeared quite busy, perhaps because of the weekend or the swimming pool.
