Non so cosa dire, se non GRAZIE a chi ci ha accolto a braccia aperte in questo residence modesto ma allo stesso tempo ricco di tutto ciò che serve. Il wifi funzionava perfettamente (anche se non ci interessava molto visto che eravamo in vacanza e non per lavoro), televisione funzionate ma mai guardata, tutto sempre pulito, colazione poco variabile ma sinceramente aveva tutto ciò che serviva per un inizio di giornata con le forze. il ragazzo che ci ha accolto, ci è rimasto nel cuore al punto che eravamo tutti tristi alla partenza e ci ha salutato dal taxi con una dolcezza infinita. Lo consiglio vivamente come soluzione per poter girare bene l'isola ed essere indipendenti. la piscina era stupenda, ma con quel mare non ci abbiamo mai fatto il bagno. la spiaggia dista 10 minuti a piedi così come il supermercato.

my wife, my four year old son and I received from one of your receptionists, Teesha, during our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our interactions with her left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. From the moment we checked in, Teesha exhibited a dismissive attitude. She rushed through the registration process and responded to my wife's inquiries with phrases like, ”If you let me finish, I will tell you,” which felt unprofessional and unkind. On another occasion, when I asked for a bottle opener for two glass Coke bottles I had brought in from a corner shop, Teesha sighed and called a bartender without informing me of what she was doing. A simple explanation would have made the experience much more pleasant. Additionally, when I inquired about a karaoke session during dinner, her reaction was one of confusion. While she eventually provided the start time, I had to ask for the end time, which seemed unnecessary. A more proactive approach in providing information would have been appreciated. Each time we entered or left the hotel, Teesha’s demeanor was unwelcoming; she often appeared indifferent and did not smile. After we made an initial complaint to another receptionist, we felt that it was misconstrued and became a topic among the staff, which only made our experience more uncomfortable. While we appreciate the extra attention we received afterward, it felt forced and insincere. While we had high expectations based on your 4-star rating, unfortunately, our experience fell short in several areas. During a visit to the reception to inquire about Casela Zoo, I felt like an inconvenience. I asked what time the zoo opens, how far it is, the recommended time to leave, ticket prices, and how long it takes to explore the park. Teesha’s responses were short and lacked the detail I was hoping for, leaving me feeling unwelcome. Additionally, I encountered issues with the iron. While I understand there’s a 30-minute borrowing policy, it seemed excessive that staff were calling my room within 15-20 minutes and knocking on the door. This felt intrusive and made me question whether I was being treated fairly. Furthermore, the room telephone was not functional during my stay, and despite mentioning it several times, the issue remained unresolved. I also faced repeated problems with my room key card; it failed to work four times, despite my efforts to keep it away from mobile devices as instructed. The hotel itself felt outdated and in need of refurbishment. I noticed a lack of variety in the buffet options, and the presence of stray cats and birds scavenging for food was both concerning and unappetizing. Lastly, I observed that the luggage staff seemed to prioritize Mauritian and French guests, making our experience feel less valued. I wanted to take a moment to commend one of your staff members, Luqmaan, for his exceptional service during our recent stay. 關於這家酒店的評價真的很少,尤其是中國遊客,我也做了很多功課,但是都沒什麼實質性的意見,所以我想寫一篇對中國遊客有用的評價。 首先這家酒店中國遊客真的少,我住了四天一個都沒遇到。我從幾個方面來評價一下:第一服務,非常好,從入住第一晚開始接待我們的前台和每天遇到的服務人員、工作人員都是熱情周到。第二環境,酒店客房很多,酒店位置很大,我們分到的房間靠近酒店餐廳和泳池沙灘,我們逛了一下酒店如果被分到稍遠點的房間走路其實要走上好幾分鐘,但是他們應該有電瓶車接送服務的(我們第一天來就是用電瓶車給我們送行李的)酒店綠化、泳池都不錯,沙灘更不用説,真的很愜意。第三房間,房間中規中矩,如果住慣了國內五星級酒店估計有點不適應,畢竟現在國內的設施裝潢真的非常出色了,酒店確實不提供牙刷,mini吧的酒水都是要收費的,淋浴有點欠缺水有點忽冷忽熱。第四餐食,我們定的HB,因為這個酒店我是提前半年定的,所以性價比不錯,特別説明一下如果真的能吃慣白人餐的應該都覺得ok,但是我吃到第三天的時候已經不行了,太想念我們中國的八大菜系了。最後這個酒店離casela、藍灣、追海豚的出發點都挺近。總之這個酒店是值得推薦的。

The place is an average hotel, not much impressive. Lack of professionalism at the reception from the team of Hans. Disappointed with food, blend and boring. Luck, I didn't fall sick. Boring decoration around and like other reviews, old stuffs not even worth to be antique. Some cobwebs around and dust in the rooms. Horrible! At least the spa was ok with Vedna and Katty was helpful. To go again? Nope.

The management and housekeeping, restaurant, spa and gym teams were exceptionally helpful, courteous and performed above and beyond throughout my stay. The grounds directly on the Indian Ocean are vast but the public areas were never crowded. I enjoyed my villa with a private pool. I also learned a great deal about Ayurvedic health. Delighted that I ordered a spa package for total pampering!

到着すると、魅力的なヴァレリー😀に迎えられ、アパートに案内してくれました。広とした清潔な客室、アパートには滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っており、各部屋にはエアコンが付いています。私たちの朝は、プールと庭園を見下ろす鳥のさえずりを伴うテラスでの朝食から始まりました🤩。プールは清潔で、緑に囲まれ、人里離れたリラクゼーションエリアが備わっています。フリック エン フラック ビーチまで徒歩 20 分、車で 3 分です。ヴィラサンから徒歩圏内にショップやカフェはありません。快適なご滞在には、レンタカーをご利用ください。ヴィラサン ホテルには敷地内駐車場とフレンドリーなセキュリティがあります。 私は間違いなくこれらのアパートをお勧めします、私たちの休日は素晴らしかったです。私たちは間違いなくここに戻ってきます ;)
