Great location, great staff very helpful.we were greeted upon arrival and explained us where to go for breakfast.

This hotel was perfect for my family of five (two teens and an 11 year old). We fit comfortably. The host was lovely and let us in early. It was cool so a great escape from the heat and the location was fantastic. Can not recommend enough.

This place is a gem! Excellent location, good bed, beautiful room and most important: staff is woderful! Our train was delayed for a strike and then there was a police intervention on a second train causing us being late for the time we agreed to arrive to Soggiormo Panerai. We were still greered with warm welcome even though there usually isn’t staff after 9 pm. During our stay no question was too much troubled to be answered.

Had such a great time here! Perfect location two blocks from the Duomo. It was clean and there was 24/7 access to towels. The staff was very kind and always said hello when we passed them. I recommend to anyone traveling!

We had a great stay! Cosimo was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay, even sent us recommendations for dinner/gelato. We walked absolutely everywhere, the location is amazing. Only thing I would say is it might need a little updating but other than that, it’s great. Thank you !!

Comoda, a 2 passi dal centro , pulita, ordinata con il personale molto gentile e disponibile. Volendo trovare il pelo nell’uovo( non vuole essere una critica ma un piccolo consiglio per raggiungere l’eccellenza) lavorerei sul bagno( prodotti, accessori ecc.)

Abbiamo appena lasciato la stanza. Per la posizione 10 e lode, centralissimo e comodissimo per spostarsi a piedi... Camera spaziosa, bagno decente diciamo (sotto la media, molto sotto, prodotti di scarsa qualità), ma la doccia fuori dal bagno è inconcepibile. Un buco freddo, gelido, con macchie di umido sulle pareti. Su 5 notti previsto almeno un cambio lenzuola e biancheria non fatto, nè pulizia bagno almeno, e al nostro reclamo ci è stata offerta una colazione presso un nuovo bar ovviamente chiuso al nostro passaggio. Preciso che il bar cosiddetto convenzionato, è rimasto chiuso per 2 gg...quindi abbiamo fatto colazione altrove. Un po' deludente diciamo. Ripeto la posizione è eccezionale
