My sister and I took a weekend in Florence Oregon at the econo inn and it was a lovely place to stay it is an older building older hotel but it was clean comfortable quiet and the owners and the staff very nice I have not one single complaint about this place and I will go again.

Parking was tight since i drive a big truck but the customer service was great and the room was pretty nice for the price i would definitely stay again

Fortunately the sheets were clean, but I can't say the same for the towels or the room itself. Our shampoo bottles were half empty, my towel had blood on it, the bathroom was in terrible condition and our neighboring room played music all night until 7am. The front desk was wishy washy on what time the hot tub closed, even though their website states a specific time. She was nice enough to let us have a quick dip, but still closed it up early.

The customer service from the managers/owners was very rude when I was expressing my issues, no warm water, bed was previously slept in bedding wasn't changed,there was mold that they painted over. I had a horrible experience

Right as we entered the room the bed sheets had burn holes and blood also blood all down one of the beds when we went to use a towel they were yellow and there’s a sign on the back of the door that says will be charged for stain towels so I took them up to the desk and requested clean ones brought back literally bloody towels I went back a little more upset and had to literally look at the towels to see if they were clean after everything we bought our own blankets and pillows. When we had arrived they stated the pool was open and they were turn on everything when we wanted to use it, after the towel incident he stated the pool was now closed. When asking why they think this is okay, they stated they are not a chain they are privately owned

The worst motel I've ever stayed. Mold in bathroom leaking sinks TV did not work. I would not recommend this motel to anyone , you can find better anywhere else .

Amazingly clean, friendly staff clean pool and hot tub. Go early for a selection at breakfast

Staff was friendly and there was a nice hot tub. Pet friendly with small pet fee. I was really happy with the stay.

Check in was slow because of a language barrier and that I use my US passport as my ID seemed to confuse them. Once checked in they responded well to requests I made to make my stay more comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub hours were limited. I enjoyed their hot tub but the pool was not being heated not sure why. Overall I’d recommend this motel for the price point, as it came with a comfortable bed, coffee maker, microwave, fridge and flat screen tv
