アメリカン航空から回り道があり、DFWへのフライトがなく、その後、レッドルーフランチョコルドバのサクラメントホームタウンスイートへのフライトがなかったにもかかわらず、予約した夜の1つと、彼らと話しているときに払い戻しがありました。彼らはとても礼儀正しく親切でした

Stayed 1 of 5 nights. The front desk lady was very nice but the one night i stayef was horrible. Kids were almost hitting me while riding there scooters,noise all night, I had to change my own sheets that were filthy, there was no blanket and I even saw a guy back into a parked car and speed off. Just not good. Lost a bunch of money only staying the 1 night out of 5 :(

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds where very well maintained and considering that seems to be most of the population staying at the hotel are long term homeless families, all things taken into consideration, it is still ran as a very nice, family oriented, business, with very helpful and considerate, and understanding staff. Ty , I will recommend to family/friends for future stay❤️

Garbage was over full. It’s smelled, elevators smelled like cigarettes and it was unsafe to touch. We didn’t feel safe to touch anything at this property. Trash all over the place. Door handles broken to go up and down stairs. I felt very uncomfortable and felt unsafe for me and my family while we were there for a gymnastic competition. The room had cockroaches. No soap, stove and refrigerator is very old and in bad condition, I was overall not happy. I had a lot of concerns with this place after I got my room and just seen what type of people that was there. It looked like a drug rehab then a place to feel safe to sleep for one night. We didn’t sleep under the blankets we slept on top of them. The outlets to charge your phones didn’t work. This is a very trashy place. Not happy about it at all. It was not worth what I spent a night. Everything ******* had said about this place feels very deceiving and was totally the opposite from what the property looked like overall.

Friendly staff. Had a problem with the TV and the had to change my room after complaining multiple times. My second room The lock didn't work. Front desk worker had to override it so we got our room but almost didn't.

This please is not for family, All I smell is smoke and ****. Place looks like very sad and bad . Horrible please to stay .stay away

I arrived late (after 11 pm) after a 7 hour drive, but Carlos at the front desk helped me out and checked me in even though I was late. I am appreciative of Carlos. This place was exactly what I wanted, what I signed up for, and what I got. I wanted an inexpensive place to stay for two nights, no frills, just the basics. I don't know why people give bad reviews when they are paying for an inexpensive hotel. You want a fancy hotel, just pay more money. This was the least expensive and best deal I could find and it worked perfect for me.

Everything was ok except for the family that was staying next to me they were extremely noisy.
