We stayed here with TUI . This is a lovely typical Italian hotel Spotlessly clean and very comfortable both the room and the communal areas. The thermal pool was a lovely addition and great when it rained as it was so hot. The staff were really friendly. The British tourists were in the minority here with majority being German. I think this influenced the food which would have been a big problem for us being vegetarian We opted for B and B rate and were glad we did as veggie choice was really poor basically cheese in different guises eg bread mozzarella as a main course. They did say they we could ask for specific meals but we weren’t confident they really understood the veggie concept and were charging much more than we ended up paying in rester aunts Breakfast was okay with some fruit and cereals scrambled and boiled eggs and bacon for the meat eaters. The quality of stuff could have been better and some fresh juice would be great rather than very strong cordials The coffee was made fresh and espressos were perfection. I recommend getting a double espresso and adding your own boiling water to make an Americano as theirs tasted like instant for some reason There were cakes tarts and things that looked like pastries but were more dense and bread like . There was a lovely chocolate almond cake one day and profiterole type thing but you needed to grab them quickly It is a really very quiet hotel catering for older clientele which was perfect for us in the day but recommend you take the short walk down and visit the Jamm Ja that doesn’t look much but is just perfect friendly and tasty food and the bar across from that Paraviso for drinks half the hotel price with a lovely lively vibe. Then the square in Forio is a bit further down but great to people watch The shuttle bus is a great bonus but the walk down is easy and the walk up is a big steep in parts bug nice to do to walk off dinner. The local buses number 21 and 22 are also okay to use as you will be charged 10 euros for a taxi from Forio or 15 if booked through the hotel

journey was fine, beautifull hotel, if your over 70, was put in a room directly behind the reception so could hear every conversation, breakfast was fab, but dinner food was awful and bland.but the staff was amazing, especially ADINA in the restuarant. we knew it was a quiet place but it was dead. if you have any mobility issues or are under 70, dont go

This hotel is simply fantastic. The wonderful staff go over and above to make everyone's stay a very relaxing, happy and comfortable one. The cleanliness is just wonderful, the hotel is spotless, our room was beautiful and the view! Just sublime! We will be going back! Thank you to all the staff, we have had an incredible holiday. ❤️🥂

Located 20 minutes from Ischia Port. We were given a friendly greeting in English and shown to our lovely bedroom. The room was generous in size and clean. There was plenty of space for unpacking. The hotel is on a quiet part of the Island but you can easily take a 15 minute walk into Forio or a 10 minute stroll into Citara. The Island circling buses were a 5 minute stroll from the hotel, making everywhere reasonably accessible. There are restaurants within easy walking difference. I'd recommend trying the bar Paradise which is reasonably priced and comes with free snacks. I also had a lovely fish here. Jamma Ja is a pizza restaurant opposite Paradise and this was also good. Breakfast was plentiful and typically continental. We only had one dinner at the hotel which was very pleasant, although the fruit dessert was a whole uncut peach. We found the hotel staff friendly and full of advice.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. The hotel is clean and tidy the staff very friendly and helpful the food on a half or full board basis is amazing really amazing. Not too far away from beaches and local amenities. Family run business and they are there to talk to you very friendly and made you feel welcomed

Spent a relaxing week at this superb hotel. Lovely pool with excellent terraces overlooking the bay. A seaview room is recommended in order to enjoy the breathtaking views and stunning sunset. The location is very convenient for a stroll into Forio or down to the local beaches. The staff was always very courteous, informative and professional. The hotel is very amenable for public transport. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The local Ischia rabbit was as good as my mother used to make. We shall definitely return on our next stay in Ischia.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave. One of the main assets of this hotel is the staff, from Kyra and Jon Luca on reception to Leo in the bar and Amedeo and Alexandra in the dining room, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Always polite and willing to help. We had the best view from our room of the pool and the bay and spent lots of time relaxing on our balcony. Food was home cooked and tradition, you can swap lunch for evening meal if you are half board, we did this on occasion and ate in Forio which was a 15 min walk away. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus during the day to Forio and the beach. The pool area was lovely to relax in as well as the thermal pools. A visit to Procida and Poseidon Garden are a must, local buses are easy to use. We also visited Sant Angelo which was worth a trip. The castle at Ischia is also a must. Forio is a lovely village with plenty of character and bars/restaurants and shops. The local public beach opposite the hotel down the steps was great for a swim and the cafe on the beach was lovely with great food. We were some of the few English guest in the hotel but made welcome by the predominant Italian and German guest and were made to feel included, communication was not a problem. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily with new towels, special thanks to the lady who cleaned our room who was polite and always had a smile. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and we will hopefully return.

My wife's Italian, from Naples, so we've visited Naples, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast many times over the years. This was our first time on the Isle of Ischia. Coming in from the road, it just looks like an ordinary Italian hotel, set in lovely gardens. As you walk in through reception, you begin to realise there's not a thing out of place, and everything is spotless. We were in room 514 which is the 2nd floor, but one floor below reception, and had a full sea view. A larger than average room and bathroom, and again, well maintained and nothing out of place. Outside there's a lovely swimming pool and a thermal pool, of hot, very hot, volcanic water, and plenty of sunbathing space with easy access to the bar and snack bar. There's also an indoor, mineral salt water pool, 1 floor down from reception, that nobody seems to know about. We were down there every day, usually by ourselves. Now to the best bit, the food. As I said we've been coming to this part of Italy for years, and we've never had food like it. Starting with the salad buffet bar, which was a meal in itself, then 2 courses of authentic, tasty Italian food, 1 pasta course, 1 meat course and a sweet course. Not one disappointment in 12 nights. It's a family run hotel and nothing's too much trouble for any of the staff. We've just left there, and one of the owners carried our cases out and waved us off. All in all, the best hotel, overall, that we've ever been to in Italy and we've been to some, supposedly, very good hotels. I'd definitely come back again.
