This was a clean, unique property close to everything by foot. Love the spacious room and the staff was super friendly. Would go back.

This was a great find. The room has been newly remodeled and was clean and spacious. The staff was outstanding. It is close to the beach and very walkable. Just down from the beach are great places to eat and a wonderful walking trail. We will stay here again and highly recommend.

We were going on a cruise and the hotel was very close to port. Very quiet and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

From the outside it looks like a typical 1960s south Florida three story condo/apar**ent building. However, the owners have gone to great extremes to renovate and upgrade the property. My room was like a two bedroom apar**ent with kitchenette and flat screen TVs in each room with all cable channels. It’s the type of place you would think of renting for the winter season. It was also right across from the beach and had a small swimming pool to cool off after a busy day on the town.

This is such a cute boutique style hotel near the beach. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a great stay. Everything was clean in the room with high quality towels, toilet paper and toiletries. Management was good to communicate with us checking in after hours. We had a red eye and they left us a key to pickup. Great service and friendly employees. We would definitely stay here again!

If you want a budget friendly, very close to the beach, (like 2 blocks), cute, clean, free parking, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, hot plate, dishes, table and chairs, coffee in room, pool, working outdoor elevator, and recently remodeled motel, this is it! We were super happy to have booked this motel built in 1968. Stayed 2 nights after a cruise. Would recommend.

The location is close/ walkable to a very nice beach and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location is good. The rooms needed to be updated. There was no balcony or view. There was construction right across the street so it got noisy. There seemed to be no sound protection from the room above ours. Heavy footsteps. Very loud The pool water was cold. Location made this a nice stay but the view into a dumpster was a bummer.

Great staff. Very accommodating. Clean and comfortable room. Location was great for us. Walking distance to everything we needed and wanted to do while there. We would definitely stay here again

From the outside of the hotel unassuming, but the inside of the rooms are well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The only thing I would wish for were blackout shades for the windows. They have some wide horizontal shade which are very nice, but they let a lot of light in at night.
