The receptionist, Maddie was excellent. Helped us choose a restaurant , Colton Steakhouse which was excellent and directions to the site. Worked with us on room accommodations. Made it a pleasant stay.
The tub in our room is unsafe for the elderly.

The satellite TV didn’t work for the two nights we were there and the internet was so slow we couldn’t really do anything on our laptops unless we paid to “upgrade” our internet.
We won’t be staying there again.
The place was clean and comfortable but no TV or internet was very inconvenient

Property is great and if the staff is present. The highlight was how well organized and well taken care of the breakfast was in the morning there's an older woman maybe in her 60s taking care of breakfast and it was actually wonderful. She has great pride in her work something that's more rare than common. Now the bad if you're up at 7 o'clock in the morning on a Sunday and already gone no problem but cleaning staff at 7:30 in the morning on a Sunday morning start cleaning rooms and it sounded like they open a construction site in the hallway I don't know if it's a policy that the more people that are awake and checked out the sooner they can go home, but the noise, the slamming of the toilet seats the running the vacuum into the wall was excessive to say the least. Maybe the cleaning staff just wanted everybody awake to enjoy the great service at the breakfast. I go with that.

We were returning from a funeral. It had been a long day and we were ready for rest. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, nicely appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Highly recommend and would stay here again if needed.
I did miss the warm cookies on check-in. Is that not a thing anymore?
