Had to book this hotel last minute after another changed my reservation unexpectedly. The service at the front desk was great. Parking was easy. Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was what I'd expect at a Homewood Suites. TV signal was on the fritz for a little bit but resolved itself pretty quickly. There were only 2 towels in the suite but it was easy enough to go down and grab extra. I liked that the front desk had board games you could rent out for free. Overall this was a pleasant and easy stay for my family during our short trip to Fresno.

I rented a room here while in town helping mom move out of her home. The gist is, I went to check in and tried to add a night, and the woman working the counter couldn’t do it or wouldn’t do it, then the woman behind me asked if we “were going to keep talking or could she get a room” and the front desk told that woman she could do it online, then she told me to call a number too. As in the one person working there couldn’t or wouldn’t help customers. I called the number, and the woman explained that. Homesuites is run on a self-check in system and therefore you cannot get, well, anything a computer can’t do. The people working just absolute 100 didn’t care. They probably make terrible wages and they’re just the middleman between us and the computer. anyway Never staying in a Hilton on principle again. (The place looked really, really nice.)

I have been coming to this hotel for almost every week in a row for the past four months. What’s good is the front desk staff. The daily free breakfast is meh. Microwave eggs with mushy potatoes with no flavor. The Wednesday evening free dinners are nice but each night is a crap shoot. Best meal was spaghetti and meatballs. Worst was chicken wings and chicken wings, hot dog and hamburger nights. The salad bar option is nice but the dinner food is hit or moss. Again best, was the spaghetti and meatballs. But the worst was the lack of hot water do a shower. In the morning (and evening), I ran the shower for over 10 minutes waiting for hot water even while having the nozzle on highest hot water setting. Even after 10 minutes of wasting precious California drought water, the water was still lukewarm.I chalked that up for being a busy morning. But when I tried to take a shower at 9 pm, ran precious scarce water for over 10 minutes, I still had to take a cold shower. I contacted the desk and was told they can’t control the shower temperature. Bott line, only stay here if you Like cold showers. 😢 So overall, this is a good place for a one night stay.

Every single member of the staff were so sweet and welcoming. Everyone from the GM to housekeeping and maintenance. Always a smile and willingness to accommodate any request. They worked so well with one another and as a guest I felt so welcomed. The rooms were very clean, the hallways, the common areas, the outdoors. All of it.

Overall, our stay in Fresno was fine. The breakfast lobby was spacious, and the food was good. The hotel itself was quiet. However, there were some unexpected issues. Drove 6 hours to Fresno and we were ready to check at the designated time. Our hotel room was not ready at 3pm for check in. This was a first-time experience for us; I've never encountered a situation where a hotel room wasn't ready at the specified time. We were informed that the previous guest had a late check-out and were asked to return in 45 minutes. There was no apology or compensation offered for the inconvenience. Additionally, when we returned for check-in, I was surprised to find that we had to pay for parking. Maybe I missed the parking fee information online? This was our first experience of having to pay for overnight parking at a hotel suite. Considering our room wasn't ready at check-in time, I expected this fee to be waived or be compensated in some way, but no such offer was made. As a result, we'll explore other hotel options next time.

I travel to Fresno quite a bit and I have to say this is one of my favorite places to stay. It is quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travel as well as families.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Good location near restaurants and a CVS. Can always count on Hiltons for comfort.

Staff super nice but always had to wait for service because they are checking in customers. My room had roaches .. came out when lights where off. Nice place but need to work on the bug problem
