La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fresno Northwest

Front office lady extremely nice and friendly!! Rooms need some maintenance. I wish they had more variety for breakfast. Breakfast was very basic.

The room was very clean and the hotel was extremely quiet the breakfast was amazing they had fresh hot waffles eggs sausage oatmeal choices of bagel muffins and white and wheat bread with cream cheese butter yogurt boiled eggs hot coffee or tea to choose from for breakfast

Great location Bedding needs replacing. Deflated pillows and mattress is old. Everything else was great.

The deadbolt on the room door didn't work.. None of the doors in the suite would close because they were all framed incorrectly.

Couch in my room was pretty dirty, didn’t wanna sit on it for my stay. TV in the bedroom didn’t turn on.

I’m a LaQuinta fan but not this one. It was extremely noisy all night long with frequent trains, trucks, big equipment. Racetrack type car, noise, and a very loud air-conditioning unit in my room. I have also found the mattresses in LaQuinta’s to be extremely comfortable, but not this one. My disappointments were a surprise, considering that I think this is a fairly new LaQuinta. The breakfast area is nicely designed, but very poorly organized as to food and utensil placement, cups, etc. This is all specially inconvenient for me as I am semi handicapped and use either a walker or a mobility scooter. Parking and access is good as it is just off the freeway and quite convenient in that regard. On my next travel I will stay in Modesto/Salida LaQuinta instead as I have many times before, and never been disappointed in anyway.

Check in was nothing special. The hallway smelled of fabuloso, but the elevator was as my husband put it “filthy, like a SF parking lot.” The room was outdated, the fridge was not cold, the tv wasn’t working properly and the heater needed repair. Breakfast was quick and easy and the morning staff was friendly.

I have only one problem with Wi-Fi was not working. I called the front desk but he said that he couldn't help. I was unable to complete my work that night because of an internet issue.
