Overall great location. Nice people and food was okay.

Nice property. Loved the hillside pool and view. Lots of stairs if you want the exercise but they also have cart service to the rooms. Could use more convenient parking for hillside guests. Overall very pleased.

Our stay at Margarhitaville was amazing!! The staff were all so sweet, welcoming and extremely helpful - they were all quick to respond when we called for a shuttle or needed extra toiletries delivered to the room. The place is MASSIVE. That being said though everything is still rather walkable. There’s a small coffee shop with some breakfast options onsite, as well as a restaurant with lots of great food and drink options. There’s two pools, one on the hilltop with a swim up bar, and a small private beach. You’d park your car (if you rented one) in the lot by the front office, and they drive you up with your luggage to your building. Calling a shuttle back is also easy. Keep in mind though that if you call them you may still wait about 10-20 min for them to arrive, which is NOT a bad thing - please remember that they have TONS of buildings and guests to take care of as well. The employees all have great attitudes, work hard and do their best, so again please keep that in mind. The location is also walking distance to Coki beach, which I highly recommend visiting earlier in the day since it can get very crowded. Kelly Taxi have cabs stationed by the front office too so calling a taxi is super easy and convenient, and if you have any trouble the front staff are happy to help you out as well. Overall fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again next time we visit!!

The rooms were so pretty and clean and the staff were very nice and professional. I loved my stay. I just wish it was better dining option but other then that everything was so good and beautiful

Loved the landscaping, though there was trash around. Rooms were very nice with lots of space. We enjoyed our stay.

Check in was a problem. We were supposed to be able to check in at 4pm but we had to wait until 6:30 before the desk would check us in. The other thing I’d mention is many of the buildings are on the side of the hills. They do have golf carts they use to drive people up and down, but the inconvenience of waiting and hoping the next cart has room for you could be troublesome to someone unable to handle a lot of steps up and down.

Beautiful and laid back. Need to taxi to everywhere else if you’re going off the resort. Nothing is walking distance. No shops, markets, or restaurants.

Main lobby staff not very helpful. Miscommunication and lack thereof in general. Concierge staff all on mandatory meeting at check in we didn’t receive any info about property or activities etc. That said we still had wonderful vacation. Golf cart drivers and taxi cab drivers the best! Lots of info from them and the employees of resort (other than main lobby) very nice people! Pool at hilltop had beautiful views! The food at coffee shop was really good perfect for easy breakfast in morning. Snorkel Cat catamaran cruise in front of property great experience! Happy hour is 2 for 1 drinks!

We liked the resort. This isn’t about the resort but we didn’t find convenient eating alternatives near by. Otherwise very nice and we would come again.
