the hotel is nice but the guest room is not. much space is not usable, for example, a useless corner right at the back of the door, another useless corner in the shower area. insufficient sockets. we were expecting a guest room with a little balcony, as seen on the trip.com website. it came out to be a room with an open kitchen area.

As soon as we arrived feeling very tired we were greeted with warmth and a smile. The San Succi is in my view a perfect hotel,close enough to town and far enough to feel away from the noise. The vista from the impressive deck is so beautiful and the sunsets are perfect. The prices of drinks are very competitive with all the local bars and restaurants. The food is excellent breakfast and dinner. We had a room at the back of the hotel next to the lift and in past experience other hotels,this would not be great but it was quite and spacious with a large shower room,perfect for sleep then onto the deck for morning coffee and a view. But above all this hotel has staff that are very good at their job and they seem to have a pride where they work. I would highly recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful week at the sans souci, the weather wasn't ideal but there was plenty of alternatives. All the staff were extremely helpful with tips to enjoy the local surrounding area, the evening meals were top quality & the breakfasts had plenty of choices

A nice hotel just outside of town , two buildings, spa, outdoor swimming pool, nice seating area, very helpful staff. We upgraded our room ,stunning sea views super king size bed, fridge and kettle. Bed breakfast and evening meal . A free glass of nice wine every evening and some really nice food . The only hotel in the resort open so quiet and peaceful, some nice walks and a bus trip out , a few nice cafes in town .

We have just come back from a weeks holiday with our friends staying at the sans souci hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is exceptionally clean and in the most wonderful location. All staff were unbelievably attentive and gave a warm welcome. The breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. The dinner in the evening had a good variety and the drinks were reasonably priced. We would definitely come back to this family run hotel.

Lovely hotel above the beach in Gabicce mare. The staff are helpful and pleasant, and willing to help whenever asked. The hotel has both a heated outdoor pool and an I door pool as well as a Spa with separate pool, which offers many therapy treatments. The restaurant food is good, and the bar offers lunchtime piadina and sandwiches. There is a pleasant seating area outside, and a decked patio area from which the beach is a 5 minute walk down a path. Our room had a balcony with sea view, TV, air-con and safe and was comfortable. The hortel has secure parking and charges €10 per day for it.

Recently returned form a lovey break at this hotel, cant thank all the staff enough for looking after us. The hotel was spotless along with the pool and outside seating areas. The restaurant food was great, we loved the buffet style starter course and desserts and the main courses were also very tasty. Breakfast was also buffet stye and there was variety of options you could have all of which were very fresh and very tasty. We went on a trip that was arranged by the hotel to San Marino which was also very good and well planed

We had a five night stay at this hotel with friends, we were three couples and they had out our rooms together. We didn’t bother to upgrade our room and they were all fine, all different but all fine. Comfy beds! We used the monorail from the airport to get to Bologna train station ansd then hit a train to Gabicce. It was pretty straight forward and easy and really cheap. There’s a taxi rank at the station to take you to hotel which is 5 mins away. The staff were friendly at the hotel and the new bar man Bunny is super friendly and great at card tricks. We felt a little misled about the write up saying the hotel offers a roof top pool- this is for suite guests only and not everyone, although there was a private function one afternoon and the hotel was rammed so we asked if we could use of for an hour and they manager allowed us. The food selection (we were bed breakfast and evening meal) was great, not everything to our taste but there was plenty of stuff to chose from and you’ll never go hungry. The glass of wine with dinner was good too. The man front of house in the restaurant is really friendly too. The pool area is small but very nice. There’s a path down to the beach (there’s a few so find one that isn’t overgrown) and the beach is beautiful. It was very quiet at the beginning of May and the sun beds were only just being put out but I should imagine on a couple weeks it’ll be buzzing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel and area, quite time of the year, all the beach's & bar's being renovated gonna look stunning, food was 90% great, Wi-Fi good pools ok staff fantastic, only one gripe the bottled water a meal times was out of the tap so the bottles smelt stale (3 euros) I'd would definitely return,
