The lobby has an awful mildew smell. The showers are run down. The rooms still look dirty and the view is horrible.

There is a strange odor when you walk in the lobby. Everything was clean enough but there was a random hole in the wall in front of the elevators on the first floor. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The trip website says indoor pool but it's outside. I didn't see any fitness room. The tub had areas of caulk that was missing. But overall I did enjoy my stay.

When we entered our room, the bathroom tub had the drain hanging out the wall, the area where you place the soap was broken off. There was a leak underneath the sink that wet up the floor and the toilet rocked when sat in it. no one came to our room the next day to clean or change the sheets or empty trash. The advertisement online show that you will get a breakfast but the next morning there was waffles, toast, danish, and muffins, there were no eggs or meat. However, the coffee was delicious.

Horrible condition. Broken items in room/bathroom, no water in the entire hotel. Tried every vending machine and downstairs lobby dispenser. No water. Unable to sleep. Rude woman at desk in the morning and the man in the early morning was sick and coughing all over the food.

A good place to stay before the cruise, the next day. But there breakfast area needs lots of attention. No one to help and not a lot of choices to eat, either. Not what we are used to from a Marriott place.

As soon as you walk in there is a foul oder. Room and hallway is musty smelling. Reserved room for THREE therefore there should have been THREE bath towels and wash rags without having to ask or having to go to he front desk to get what was missing. Was woken up early by very loud guests above our room. Reported it and it stopped for maybe 10 minutes and then started again. Impossible to go back to sleep. Breakfast is definitely nothing to base your stay on. Just go buy yourself a decent breakfast!

There was a bed bug on my bed room 417. I didn’t stay at the property, I have been trying to reach the general manager Dee Singh y phone and email. It’s been two weeks so far and still no call back or email received regarding my complaint. Iv’e call numerous times and the front desk says all she can do is see if Dee has received my email, that’s all she can do. She’s just waiting for Dee to review my email. No one cares that this hotel has bed bugs, no urgency what’s so ever. I’m starting to think that I’m just another customer complaining about the end bugs since no call back or anything regarding this situation.
