This place is really good for stay, they have great hospitality. The rooftop resturant is the best part of this place and the food were is just awesome. The staffs at the restaurant were very cordial. I have enjoyed my stay here.

I enjoyed the bollywood evening in club mahindra. The pools are fun and love the games at happy hub. Tanvi , Maeve and liam are my favorite they entertained us alot. And my whole family enjoyed themselve. Thank u happy hub.

Comfortable stay and neat and clean interiors. Especially very good staff, helped me even with the breakfast of checkout day at 5.45 am by packing it. The food in the attic was also very good. Even the ***ager also very nice person.

We stayed in Cygnett La Maison for four nights from 23rd August. We were four family members and had booked 2 club rooms. On arrival we were pleased to discover that one of our club rooms has been upgraded to a suite room without extra cost. The suite room was very spacious and luxurious with a beautiful balcony to savour the beauty of Gangtok. We were treated to an elaborate and lavish breakfast every morning. Worth to mention about Dipesh and Joy who went the extra mile to take care of our food. The house keeping staff was simply amazing who kept our rooms spit and span. I forgot to note the name of a fair lady who was very prompt with our house keeping needs. Front desk staff was very responsive and warm, need to mention the name of Sagar. It was an excellent stay and we definitely look to come back very soon. We highly recommend this property for a tranquil stay while on visit to this wonderful city Gangtok. It's 10/10 👌

I visited Gangtok for official purposes and the host booked this hotel, hence I have no idea about the charges paid to the hotel. I found the staff are cordial and helpful, the suit given to me was spacious equipped with hot water and flat-screen TV, but the amenities in the rooms, its location, the aesthetics and the restaurant are poor. I will not recommend it for official trips.

Really a nice place for single visit or also great for family I visited this hotel sence a long time first I use to single in holydays but when I take family there they also love it thank you for the food

The hotel is very well thought out. Love the rooftop restaurant where I spent most of my evenings as it's very dreamy and lots of locals also drop in. Serves sheesha and has karaoke also. The water pressure in the bath was also perfect. Wide spacious rooms with a balcony. Food✓ service✓ staff✓

Cygnett Inn at Gangtok is a good place to stay with very helpful staff. Bishal Bishwakarma has provided Friendly room service. Rooms are very clean. All staff are efficient. There is regular cleaning of rooms.
