I misread that there was free breakfast. The Hamptons we frrequent have terrific ones! Also, a few of the front desk people were a little snooty.

Even with the lights on, room seems dark in a non-cozy way. drawer wouldnt stay closed. Hall carpet has more wrinkles than a bag of prunes, and either needs to be replaced or re-laid. Three wheeled cars hard to manage and almost couldnt make the gap in and out of the elevator.

The room was beautiful! My only complaint was the comfort of the couch wasn’t the best. Beautiful hotel!

Right in the heart of beautiful downtown Ogden, you can walk across the street to entertainment, sports, movies, dining, etc.

The hotel room was very dirty. The furniture and floors were filthy with stains. The couch still had crumbs on it from whoever was there last and when I pulled the sheets back on the bed there was a clump of hair in the bed. The walls in the bathroom were also very dirty and stained. The hotel receptionist was nice and offered a new room but we needed the space of the suite that we rented and it was the only one available. They offered new bedding and sheets to cover the furniture. The staff were definitely friendly and probably as accommodating as they could have been.

I asked for a quiet room instead, I got a very loud room facing the main road. Also, the restaurant was closed two hours early.

Staff was kind and courteous, loved them. The room we stayed in #204, was kinda dirty. I noticed dust and food crumbs between the bed and the wall. These should have been cleaned up by staff regularly but sadly, wasn't. Got up at 2:00 to hit the bathroom and flicked on the light only to see a German cockroach running around the floor desperately looking for a crack to go back into. They really need to get on top of that, those little roaches can overwhelm a property if they don't.

Background noise overhead most of the night. Lots of street noise from cars racing on the street till midnight.

Great area with lots to do and options for eating out. Very clean

The room was in average condition. The carpet has seen better days and it was clean but I found a few hairs, not mine, in the pillow on the first night. The restaurant was good, I tried a couple of their dishes and they were great.

We had nothing but trouble with the family front desk. First time ever. They double charged us then deleted the wrong one. Up until now we have enjoyed Hilton Garden Inn. The phone customer assistance was worse than the in person. The guy said he couldn't fix it on his end then hung up on me. It was bad. Had to dispute the charges with Visa and we did

All in all the stay was excellent however, the hotel being a Hilton should sweep in and do a bit of an upgrade on the furniture in the rooms and carpet in halls of the hotel. Great spot safe and quiet.

Don’t buy anything from the snack area by the front desk. I was charged $66 dollars for a cup of noodle, rolos, a small bag of freeze dried skittles and a small bag of gardettos. $66 for four small snacks

If only I could upload pictures of the bloody curtains and rusted out bathroom. This place is one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever seen. I would like a refund.
