Amazing Christmas fun in a heritage setting and DJ night with bonfire. If some one is planning 1 night stay outside delhi NCR, this is must go destination. Amazing hospitality, heritage and village vibe. Food is really good and give vibe of home made so don’t expect some hotel level food and spread.

Stay was good, food was amazing. Property needs some renovation otherwise a nice property to stay. Would recommend to friends and family.

I am really surprised to read the reviews about the property. We visited in the first week of April for a family weekend get together. The property has a huge potential and can be turned into a beautiful weekend get away. But Aspen has done a shoddy job in maintaining it. The rooms especially carpets are full of dust. The upholstery is dirty and seems to have never been drycleaned. The ceilings have mould on them. It seems no one is really looking at what's going on there. We ordered some food from the menu. When the bill came, the prices charged were higher. On questioning, they mentioned that the prices in the menu is for half plate. It was not mentioned that the charges are for half plate. But the Aspen employee that this is how it is. Sharing pictures for every one to see. This property is highly unhygienic. The museum is full of dust.

Tv & intercom facilities are required in the rooms. Unchagaon is a small town, there are no other entertainment options. Foods was good.

Property is good and greeny. Staff are good. Food is also good. Swimming pool is well maintained. Enjoyed lot

From their gracious greetings to the thoughtful assistance, the staff's dedication to providing excellent service was evident at every turn. It's refreshing to encounter a team that takes such pride in ensuring guests feel not just accommodated but truly cared for. This exceptional level of service contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of our time, and we're grateful for the positive impact the staff had on our stay.

A good property which is quite ill-managed and badly maintained. In the name of being a heritage resort, the entire property is dirty and filth ridden. The staff though polite seem totally raw and untrained. None of the staff wears a uniform in the property which gives a completely unprofessional impression about the management. Better avoid.

Courteous staff when contacted for which one has to search around. Property is not maintained. Rooms lack basic requirements and are devoid of any place to keep clothes. Heater provided is too small. Power interruptions are frequent. 16 amp back up supply is not available during daytime. Food is costly with no alternative restaurant nearby. One that existed has long closed down

Bad! our valentine’s day experience and stay was ruined by incompetent staff who hurled disrespectful insults towards us and denied us from eating our choice of food and forced us to eat “jain veg” only because some other family had asked them to make it. The manager straight away said to our face that we are less important guests as others have paid “more” for the stay. It was the worst staycation for us and i would recommend everyone not to go to this place.
