This is a great hotel, and their new breakfast is a major improvement over our last stay here. Both times, we stayed a week, and both times, if we had not called to ask about towel service halfway through our visit, there would have been no fresh towels and NO trash removal. They did it the one time that we called, but that was it. A sticker on the bathroom mirror states both should be done along with a kitchen refresh every other day. Not in our experience. Which is a shame, because otherwise, everything is very nice here. We hope management will work on that.
