ホテル トロピカル ガヴァ マール(Hotel Tropical Gava Mar)

Beautiful hotel, just 20 minutes drive from Barcelona airport. Right on the beach with a smallish swimming pool. We had a lovely sized balcony looking over the sea, although the palm tree blocked most of the view. We had dinner and breakfast here and the food was absolutely amazing. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the fact that the bathroom is in the bedroom. if we'd realised that we probably wouldn't have stayed here.

new, clean and modern hotel, but for the money I would have expected better access, when we arrived at night the gentleman didn't speak English, the room was beautiful but the blanket under which you couldn't even cover yourself and the cleaners took our duvets every day and we had to get duvets , the practicality of the romantic room I think not much because all the rooms were sold out I appreciate Chos for his great attitude when we needed something he was available then the next days the reception was different and the nice gentleman at the reception who spoke English and was very helpful and immediately went to get the duvets at night, even though I had already complained about the duvet before and he forgot about me, the beach is beautiful, the drinks on the beach are great, but I would appreciate it, like in other hotels, that they can be charged to the room bill and I will pay later, the breakfast is good, but I would expect a change and not the same menu every day and 4 days, it is a short drive from Barcelona, ​​the advantage of the hotel is the beach

We visited this hotel/restaurant 2 weeks ago and absolutely felt in love with it. A gorgeous view with a such a nice and friendly staff. The food was healthy and delicious. We tried 2 different salads and a sea food paella. Definitely coming back soon!

This hotel is lovely. Perfect place to stay on the beach. It’s a smaller boutique type hotel that offers first class accommodation and amenities. Quiet, close to the airport, and has the very best breakfast! Get it!

Fantastic hotel, great location, great rooms, great facilities and great staff. I’ve stayed here a few times now when I visit Barcelona and honestly will carry on just doing so. The location is 10 minutes from the airport and directly on the beach! I’ve only stayed in north facing rooms however these are fantastic, with huge and comfortable beds, coffee machine, TV, balcony, mini bar, desk, huge showers and baths! The rooms are very special. The hotel has a spa which is nice and also a rooftop bar and pool that is just incredible. The food is top class, although my expenses don’t quite cover the decent meals 😂 Staff are amazing, especially Sonia (I think) who always makes me feel welcome. See you again Tropical

This hotel made our trip. Amazing rooms, amazing halls, outstanding breakfast and kilometres of natural beach. It was so relaxing to walk along this beach, so we walked 12 km one way. And the re in a great restaurant in Gava Torres. It was an amazing experience. We highly recommend this hotel. We would love to stay in a sea view room next time.

NO LO ESPERÁBAMOS. Para nuestra sorpresa, desde éste mes de Mayo han hecho todas las estancias incluido el restaurante para sólo adultos. Después de conocer varios propietarios como hemos conocido en más de 12 años que llevamos yendo, creo que ésta es la peor decisión que ha tomado el establecimiento 🙁 Para nosotros es un sitio que forma parte de nuestra historia filiar ya que hemos celebrado allí los bautizos de nuestros hijos y muchos cumpleaños importantes, incluso habíamos ido a pasar fines de semana cuando lo hicieron también Hotel y comíamos allí muchas veces tanto en verano como invierno. Una decepción para l@s que somos. clientes de siempre. Ahora toca esperar a ver que tal les va esa decisión y ver si algún día podemos volver como es normal, en familia.

Service catastrophique !!! Séjour de 5 jours avec petit déjeuner, chambre vue sur mer avec petit bain extérieur. L'infrastructure de l'hôtel est sublime, au bord de la plage, notre chambre était parfaite et propre avec vue sur la mer et petit bain extérieur. Par contre le service, c'était zéro ! - la piscine du haut n'a presque pas été accessible car l'hôtel faisait des banquets pour des gens extérieurs à l'hôtel. Du coup le haut etait totalement fermé. Dommage car c'était l'endroit le plus sympa ! - nous avons voulu commandé 2 boissons à la piscine, après les avoir réclamé 3 fois nous ne les avons jamais reçues - le petit déjeuner était servi à table et non sous forme de buffet ce qui, à priori, aurait pu être sympa mais nous attendions chaque matin une éternité pour recevoir ce que nous commandions et pour au final recevoir ce que nous n'avions pas commandé et ne pas recevoir ce que nous avions commandé. C'était au feeling j'ai l'impression ! Pourtant on était que 2 ou 3 tables max par jour ! - un soir nous avions voulu manger à la l'hôtel, mon compagnon veut commander un plat, la personne du restaurant le regarde de haut en bas et envoie un autre monsieur lui dire que la cuisine est fermée, elle ouvre à 20h. Il était 19h15 ! - aucun prix au bar intérieur concernant les boissons et rien non plus au bar de la piscine d'en bas qui n'a été ouvert qu'une fois. Le bar de la piscine du haut etait fermé aussi aux clients de l hôtel. - les chambres étaient très sympas en effet mais par contre on entendait tout ce qu'il se passait à côté ! Si vous avez la chance comme nous d'avoir des voisins différents chaque jour, où un jour sur deux on avait des voisins calmes où on entendait tout ce qu'ils disaient alors qu'ils ne criaient pas et d'autres qui étaient là pour faire la fête musique jusque 1h du matin et où on a eu l'impression de faire la fête avec eux tellement ça raisonnait ! Pour le reste, l'hôtel n'en peut rien mais: - il faut le savoir, il n'y a presque rien autour à voir ou comme petits magasins à faire à pied en tout cas ! et pas de location de vélos non plus, dommage car un ravel n'est pas très loin. Nous avons pris le bus pour aller à Barcelone à 2,40 eur le trajet environ 40min très facile. - nous avions l'impression qu'il y avait plus de gens qui travaillaient à l'hôtel que de clients ! Travaux à longueur de journée au rez-de-chaussée, dommage pour un mois de juin !

El espacio es increíble y muy agradable, vistas al mar y mucha tranquilidad. La comida excelente, una carta bien variada tanto de comida como vinos. Las instalaciones están de maravilla, el spa, el gimnasio, las habitaciones del hotel… Estamos encantados con este lugar, repetiremos seguro!
