We stayed here for one night as part of a trip biking along the Danube. This is a basic but modern hotel. It doesn't have a lot of ”old world charm” but was comfortable. The room AC did not work particularly well, but the room was quiet and the breakfast was very good. We all laughed because of the way the sink and shower are part of the room, but they work! If you don't plan to spend much time in the room, it's fine. Staff were friendly and efficient. Easy walk to the center of the town.
This was a lovely hotel with all the comforts. Check in was a breeze and the front desk was great. Our room was spacious, and decorated beautifully. The bed and linens were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast in the lobby was nice and overall we had a very good stay for the price point. The area is pleasant enough.
I chose this hotel because it was advertised as having a restaurant on site ”The elegant restaurant Regio and the lobby bar Chino provide access to a terrace overlooking the garden. ” On arrival at around 9pm I asked for it and was told it is not open yet but I can get snacks, burgers, etc in the bar. When I book a hotel because of an on-site restaurant I expect a table and a chair and not a couch with a coffee table and a burger. Best is, when I complaint at Hilton about this, I was told that the advertising is ok because everybody's opinion what a restaurant is is different and I should have called the hotel to confirm the advertising is correct. I did not think of it since I booked at hilton.com. The hotel itself is nice and clean.
