就是一個乾淨方便的商務旅館, 房間插座滿多的對旅客來說絕對加分. 地點適中去各景點/百貨公司/餐廳等地方10分鐘左右, 附近晚上安靜,但是飯店隔音普通

Hotel location is very good however there’s limited parking in the basement and in front of the hotel. A guard will show you where to park. The hotel bed is very comfortable, toilet is clean. Will come back again.

The staffs was so friendly and helpful. Affordable and safe parking. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall I like the stay.

Our stay was quite nice overall. The room came equipped with a hot shower and hair dryer. For ironing, you’d have to step outside the room. It’s a good idea to bring your own shampoo and body wash since the ones they provide are from an unknown brand and may not be suitable for everyone. The room was spacious so we’re likely to consider coming back.

The room is sparkling clean, I booked deluxe twin room,the room is big for me, husband and my 4 month old baby, have basic amenities like refrigerator,but tv's channel is not clear however it did bothers us as most of the times we were outside..the aircond also not very cold.this hotel situated near the attraction place and restaurants like line clear,nasi kandar sulaiman,have dobi at the lobby,have free flow coffee also.. I will definitely stay here again if i come to penang

All ok. Room is nice and clean. Receptionist help alot. Just sometimes the towel smell not so good. Parking is limited.

ホテルに出入りするときにスタッフからの確認はありません。寒いエアコンの効いたロビーでチェックインする前に、ずぶ濡れになりながら1時間半待たされました。コーヒーマシンは午前 8 時まで機能しない、またはオフになることがよくあります。信じられないかもしれませんが、午前8時前にコーヒーを飲む人もいます。 部屋には床とドアに穴があり、洗面化粧台のヒンジが錆びて壊れていました。全体的に、存在しないおもてなしを備えた非常に疲れたホテルです。

Its a good, new & clean hotel. Near go to everywhere n suitable for couple n family
